Zilong's POV
Okay, where were we? So just a quick recap, I just lost a battle against Yu Zhong, I am half naked, I climbed up a mountain to get a new spear and my new spear is moving on its own accord. Alright, so now, the spear started to drag me away again. Now, it is pulling me off the sides of the mountain, as if some magnet were attracting it or something. I tried to let go, so as to not die of the impact when my whole body slams to the ground.
But I can't. The spear somehow 'glued' itself to my hand. And since when could spears move by themselves? I braced myself for the 100-meter or so drop, knowing this would probably be the end. The spear flew further and further away, pulling my body closer and closer to the edge of the mountain. Just as my toes were unable to keep myself on the mountain, I closed my eyes, knowing that this was goodbye.
This was goodbye. Ahem
This. Was. Goodbye.
No?
Well, that's weird. I felt myself dangling from the spear, not falling. The spear could fly. And support the weight of a 80kg man while it was at it. I thought that even though this spear could do this, I would still die as I probably would slip and fall. But no, I just remembered it would 'glue' my hands to it, so I guess I'm safe.
Just as I thought things could not get any worse, it did. The spear started zooming off, dragging me along with it like a dog running away, with its leash trailing behind.
I had no idea where I'm going. I just flew with the spear. Yelling like Tarzan.
After awhile, I got used to it, in fact it became relatively fun. That was when things suddenly started to scare the living daylights out of me.
The spear abruptly zoomed downwards. From what my eyes could tell, I was about to collide into a little hut. You want to know how my face looked like then? I'll tell you. My eyelids, mouth, nostrils, and hair were blown till it was all flabby, and tears and saliva were flying upwards. Disgusting right?
This time, I knew I had no choice but to close my eyes (if I can) and accept the fact that I will die either way or another today. I now only have dead daylight in my body.
Just as I thought I would crash, break the roof of the hut, and kill everyone inside of it unintentionally, the spear swerved out of the way, scaring all the dead daylight that remained out of me. Then it stopped, and allowed me to land more gracefully than Ling could. After that, it started to squiggle its way out of my grip and started jabbing itself towards the door. It was as if it was asking my to go in. No way I'm going into a random person's house by random. Actually, why did the spear lead me here? There must be a certain reason.
I decided, I shall get in. If the spear wants me to, I shall.
I knocked on the door furtively, which I know is stupid, cause you want people to notice you're knocking on the door. So I knocked harder. Maybe a little too hard, cause the door just slammed open.
Okay, whoops.
I walked in furtively, this time I should do this, so I don't attract attention. I have no idea who's here, I have no idea why I'm here. Actually I do, but no the point.
So, I walked into one of the rooms which had an open door.
OH MY GAWD.
I turned away, not wanting to see more of that stuff.
I smelt something. Something light. Something that could only be one thing.
TAU HUAY!
FOOD! AT LONG LAST!
I'll tell you what I saw... later.
