With the boys at practice and Kat finding a job before the fall semester Dahlia found those later days in August to be a bit lonely.

On one specifically bored day, she decided to take her sketchbook down to the pool, just to get out of the house to work on some new designs.

Dahlia had always been obsessed with fashion and one day hoped to have her own fashion line.

As she worked on the lines for a formal dress a few guys from the volleyball team that lived in the building all entered the pool area.

After dropping their towels, they all dove into the water, their rambunctiousness making Dahlia chuckle to herself.

"Wow, those are really good."

Dahlia nearly jumped out of her skin when the manly voice behind her startled her. She looked over her shoulder as she shielded her work, then relaxed a bit once she realized who it was.

"Oh, hey, Connor."

He took the seat next to her after tossing his towel on it and gestured once again to her sketchbook.

"I'm serious, Lia. I knew you could draw, but I mean-- I had no idea. You got some real talent, girl. You might have to design the volleyball team's new uniform."

Dahlia smiled and bit her lip, shaking her head in modesty.

"I don't know about all that."

"If you say so..."
