The warm, end-of-summer, Los Angeles breeze whipped through the air and as Dahlia and Kat made their way over to the stadium with a group of fellow students, Kat hip-checked Dahlia excitedly.

"What?"

"Come on, where's your game face at?! I mean, it's the first official game of the season and your boyfriend's the quarterback."

Dahlia smiled as her roommate linked their arms together.

"He's the backup quarterback, so depending on how Mark Hanson throws tonight, he might get some playing time towards the end. But this-- this has nothing on how he got cheered for during our Junior Year before I left. The stands were packed and then everyone would end up overflowing to watch from the visitor's side. So, I mean... yeah, I'm excited, but once he's actually playing... that's when I sort of turn into a 'Prescott Maniac'."

"Oh, my God. You even have a name for it."

Dahlia smirked and shrugged as she stuffed her hands in the pockets of her jacket. After showing their student IDs, the two showed entered the Coliseum and found seats in the middle of the students' section, just as the team was warming up.

"There's your husband."

Dahlia looked out onto the field where Kat had been pointing and smiled seeing Jordan passing a football back and forth, warming up with Mark Hanson, the starting quarterback.

Her eyes scanned the field, stopping over to where she saw Marcus and a few other running backs doing some warm-up drills.

"And there's your boyfriend."

Kat's eyes bugged out as she found Marcus on the field, and that was enough of a tell for Dahlia.

"I knew you liked him! Have you told him yet?"

"No! I mean-- I don't even think he--"

"Trust me, Kat. He does."

It didn't take long for Dahlia to realize that her roommate Kat was... a little shy. The quiet girl who spent most of her time in their dorm room watching anime was starting to come out of her shell and socialize. A lot of that had to do with Dahlia, who'd never hesitate to invite her out to eat or to study together, or just hang out.

Kat was a sweet girl, and Dahlia loved seeing the good in everyone.

"Hey! You're Dahlia, right? Jordan Prescott's girlfriend?"

The two looked up at the pretty thin blonde with icy-blue eyes and modelesque features. Her focus was on Dahlia, who was still unsure as to who she was.

"Umm... yeah, I am."

Dahlia and Kat shared a confused look before they both looked back at the girl.

"I'm Lexxi, Corey Ramirez's girlfriend."
