Dahlia pat a sleeping Sunny's butt while she watched her husband once again take something out of the bag she was packing.

She went over to his dresser, grabbing a few pairs of socks and underwear before walking back over to his opened suitcase on the bed.

He turned just in time to see her placing the items in the bag and shut the suitcase just as she dropped the items in.

"Doll-- I'm not going."

"Jordy--"

"Dahlia-- Look, I'm not going, okay? She's sick."

They both looked down at the sleeping girl laying against her mother in her Bjorn. Dahlia gently swayed her before looking back up at Jordan.

"She has a little cold. Dr. Hewitt said it's common in babies. It's actually helping her build up her immune system."

Jordan knew his wife was right, but the overprotective dad in him wasn't going to leave without putting up some type of fight.

"But--"

"Nope-- no buts. Jordan, this is what you've wanted for as long as I can remember. You've worked your entire life for this moment and I'm not just gonna let you miss out on it, okay? You're gonna fly out to Texas and they're gonna call your name first."

"Raiders and Giants have the first two spots and they both need quarterbacks, so, hopefully--"

"No 'hopefully' either. You've got this, Prescott. That #1 spot is yours. I always knew this is what you were destined for."

Jordan leaned down, capturing his wife's lips, careful not to squish Sunny, still asleep, between them.

"I was destined to love you, Doll."

As Jordan and his parents all boarded the plane together heading for the Draft in Texas, he sent a text to Dahlia, letting her know they were leaving soon. As he made it to his seat and sat down, his phone began to ring.

"Doll Baby, what's up?"

"Hi, babe. I just wanted to hear your voice before you guys took off."

Jordan smirked, loving the fact that his wife already missed him just as much as he missed her.

"How are my girls?"

"Good, just put Bunny down for a nap. She's definitely missing Daddy."

Jordan's ears perked up in curiosity.

"Oh, yeah? Just Sunny Bunny?"

Dahlia rolled her eyes and smirked.

"Call me when you land, Dork."

"I will, babe. Love you."

"Love you too, Jordy."
