"Chibs, my due date is in less than a week," Mina scowled. "You cannot go on this run."

He sighed, "Darlin'." Running his hands from her shoulders down. "It's two days before and not even a day. Oaktown and back."

"Baby," she groaned. "That's too close."

"It's only a few hours, my love. I'll be back before anything happens." He pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead. "I promise ya."

She sighed, "Okay."

Chibs left early that morning, around seven. He leaned down, kissing her head gently, quietly saying good-bye. He met the guys at Red Woody and then they headed for Oakland. 

When Mina woke up, she sat up in bed, leaning against the headboard. She texted Jessica to see if she wanted to come hang out since their old men were busy. She walked down to the kitchen and saw Chibs had cleaned everything for her and had the coffeepot ready for her.

She picked up the piece of paper that read 'See you later, love you' that was next to her coffee mug with the sugar already put in for her so she only had to hit brew. 

She sat at the counter, drinking her coffee for the day, when there was a knock on the door. Walking over to it, she held her one hand on top of her stomach. She pulled it open and Jessica walked in. 

"Hello," Jessica said. "I have arrived."

"I see that," Mina laughed. "You want some coffee?"

"Yes, I would like that."

She chuckled, "Why're you talking like that?" Jessica just shrugged and laughed. "Thanks for coming over."

She smiled, "Of course, babe. We haven't had a girls day in forever."

"I know," Mina groaned. "Too long."

They got to their meeting with Alvarez and Oso. They were standing in a train yard, talking about their greivances with moving guns and the problems they were having. When Connor got there, Alvarez was struggling to keep himself composed. 

Chibs knew it was going to take longer than he promised Mina, but it had to get done.

Mina looked down at the floor. "Oh, sh*t," she whispered, starting to panic at the realization that her water broke. She yelled, "Jess!"

"What?" she yelled back.

"The baby is f*cking coming!" Mina screamed. "Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t," she said, walking into the kitchen.

Jessica asked, "Where's Chibs?"

"He's still in-" she started as a contraction. She gritted her teeth, trying not to yell from the pain.

"F*ck, what do I do?" she asked, helping support Mina.

Mina panted, "We gotta get to the hospital." Jessica nodded, helping her out to the car. Mina sat in the front seat, holding her stomach. After Jessica got in, Mina said, "Gimme your phone." She dialed Chibs' number, mumbling, "Pick up, pick up, pick up."

He answered, "Jessica, I'm busy."

"Chibs?" Mina said, "The baby is coming."

"What?" he yelled. He swung his leg over his bike and asked, "Now?"

She scoffed, "Yes, now!"

"Sh*t!" he exclaimed. "Okay, I'm on my way!"

Mina nodded, "Okay, be careful. You better not get pulled over for speeding!" She yelled at the end from another contraction.
