Chibs pulled into the driveway and sighed. He was tired and didn't want to have this conversation. The door swung open and he saw Mina standing in the doorway. She ran down the stairs and leaped into his arms.

She started crying, "I was so f*cking worried."

"I'm alright, love." He stroked her hair as she sobbed into him. "I'm okay." She sniffled and gave him a long, passionate kiss. Chibs stood in the driveway, holding Mina for a few minutes. He sighed, "Wanna go talk about this sh*te?" Mina nodded and he exhaled.

Chibs walked them inside and sat Mina down on the couch. Sitting down next to her, he groaned, pulling his hair back off of his face. He sat looking at the floor for a minute.

Mina put her hand on his leg. "Chibs? You alright?"

"Aye, just tired," he sighed. He turned to look at her. "We were the ones who broke the prisoner out." She pulled her hand away from him. "Bobby got shot during the breakout and Juice ran over the guard afterward." She shifted away from him.

"How could you?" Mina scoffed. "You...you guys killed someone. And you left him."

He sighed, "There was another guard there."

"That doesn't f*cking matter, Chibs!" She stood up, trying to walk away but he grabbed her wrist. "Don't f*cking touch me!" she screamed, spinning around hitting him. He didn't let go of her and she kept hitting him. "Let go of me!"

Chibs let go of her, letting his arm fall to the side. "This is why I didn't want to tell ya anything," he sighed. "Ya already see me differently."

Mina shoved him, but he didn't move. "I'm not! I'm seeing you the way I used to! The way everyone around here sees you! A f*cking criminal!" She shoved him again, but he grabbed both of her wrists. Mina started flailing around, trying to get out of his grasp. She tried to knee him in the groin, but he managed to stop her.

"Calm down," he said.

"Don't tell me to f*cking calm down!" She broke out of his grip. "You broke someone out of prison and helped kill someone! Don't tell me to calm down!"

He put his hands in his pockets. "Well, if it makes any difference, we killed the guy we broke out and the people who wanted him out."

Mina started punching him over and over again. She hit his chest, his arms, his balls; he took it all. "How could you?" she screamed.

"Darlin', stop. Let's f*ckin' talk about this. Baby, stop." Putting all of her weight in her arms, she shoved him as hard as she could. He tittered backward but barely moved. "Enough, c'mon." She pushed him again, equally as hard. He shifted his foot so he wouldn't fall. "Mina, that's enough." Mina punched him as hard as she could, making contact with his chest. He grabbed her wrists and pushed her against the wall, holding her there. "When I say 'enough', I mean enough." He let go of her and she slapped him across the cheek, leaving a red handprint. Mina started hitting his chest again and he stopped her one last time. "Don't put ya f*ckin' hands on me," he growled close to her face.

Staring into her eyes, he could see the fear and anger in them. Chibs leaned forward, kissing her long and hard.

He let go of her and put his hands on the wall next to her head. She put her hands under his cut and took it off. He lifted her shirt over her head then threw it on the floor. Kissing her again, he held the sides of her neck in his hands. She ripped his leather jacket open and pulled it off of his arms.
