What It's Like - Everlast
Jax POV
-----
Mina let Chibs go. It didn't seem like a problem, but if what I think happened did happen, and the Reaper was back, it was not a good thing to have him out wandering by himself. I hoped the Reaper didn't emerge from him because he scared me sh*tless.
The club looked at me. I just told them that Chibs came home and he's alive when my phone rang.
I sighed, "Mina...she let him leave. We don't know where he is."
"Is she f*cking serious?" Tig groaned, "She had one job! Keep him there! How the f*ck are we supposed to find him?"
"I don't know," I chuckled, setting down my coffee mug. We walked out to our bikes and began driving around Charming, trying to find him.

Chibs POV
-----
"Black coffee to go," I said, digging in my back pocket for my wallet. My wallet chain, my phone, and my keys were gone, somewhere at the warehouse I had been at. I gave the kid the money and stepped over to the other counter.
"Someone's in a good mood," I heard behind me.
I turned around and saw the new sheriff. I didn't say anything, turning back to grab my coffee. Heading for the door, I pushed it open, stepping outside. She followed me out.
"Cigarette?" she asked.
I laughed, "No, thanks, Sheriff."
"I'm not working right now. Call me Althea." She winked at me as she put a cigarette in between her lips.
I grabbed the handle of the car door wrong and it sent shooting pain up my arm. "Ah, f*ck," I muttered, putting my head down on the car.
She touched my other shoulder, making me jump back. "Are you okay?"
"Sh*te, yeah, everythin's fine, Althea," I said, annoyed. I pulled the handle open and climbed into the stolen truck. She watched me as I pulled away, driving down the street.
I kept driving, remembering the way I went home the night before. Took the highway, got off at exit six, drove into the woods. And then, in the middle of the forest, the massive building stood. Before I left Mina's, I grabbed one of my spare burners and pulled it out. I took a picture of the building and then turned the truck around.
As I drove past it once more, I started trembling and getting panicked. I calmed myself and drove back to Charming.
While I drove, I thought about Mina and what she did for me the night prior. She was the best old lady I could ask for. She took care of me without me having to ask her for it. Mina sewed bullet wounds closed and didn't ask me any questions. Whose girl does that? I know Tara didn't, certainly not Gemma. Mina knew that I would tell her things when the time was right.
I parked in front of Scoops and walked inside. Everyone was sitting at the tables, looking at me with blank stares.
"I found it," I said, looking to Jackie.
"Found what, Chibs?"
I opened up my phone when Tig asked, "Jesus Christ, Chibs, where the f*ck have you been?"
I continued to look at Jax, not taking my eyes off him. "Chibs, Tig's talking to you."
"Exit 6 on the General Forest Draven Highway, twenty miles down Route 20. That's where I've been," I sneered.
