Chibs POV

-----

We hacked the cameras around town trying to track down our guy. Then, there he was, sitting in the coffee shop, looking around.

Jax got on his bike and rode over there. We watched the cameras as he dialed Tig's number.

"Yello?" Tig chuckled.

Jax tried to hide a laugh and then started walking over to the shop. "Yeah, yeah," he sighed, "The funeral's in two days. We're doing it in the warehouse, yeah, that one. Yeah, that would be great. Chibs would be happy you were there. It's been tough, but we'll get through it. He was a damn good brother. Yeah, see you in a few days, man."

After Jax got back, I left and went back to Mina's house. When I walked in, I sat down at the table and waited for Mina. She walked into the kitchen and leaned down to kiss me.

"Can we talk?" I asked.

"Of course, baby," she smiled.

I sighed, "I can't tell ya what's going on, but I hope you'll understand." She nodded looking up at me. "I gotta stay with Jax for a couple of days. And I don't want ya to go anyplace other than school. Tig'll check in on you."

Mina nodded and looked down at my hand. "Okay," she sighed. "Will you tell me at some point?" I nodded. She leaned over and kissed me. "Okay, baby."

Mina and I walked through the park hand in hand. Then, a black SUV pulled up next to us. Two men got out and grabbed me, pulling me away. The third guy walked towards Mina and I started fighting to get over to her. I screamed at them, but I couldn't stop them. He turned towards me. It was Remington. He smiled at me and pulled the trigger, shooting Mina in the head.

I jumped up, shaking and sweating. Gasping for breath, I looked at Mina. "It was just a dream." I watched Mina breathe in and out. "It was just a dream."

I got out of bed and walked into the kitchen. I was so cold, trembling with every step down the hallway. The nightmares were getting worse, but I couldn't stop them. I couldn't make them go away. Grabbing a glass, filling it with water, I tried to drink but struggled to swallow. After taking a few sips, I headed for the bathroom.

Looking in the mirror, watching my body shake, I decided to take a shower to try and warm up. Standing under the hot water, I kept shaking. I rested for forehead on the shower wall and let the water hit my back. Then, I heard a quiet voice.

"Filip?" I jumped and saw Mina standing next to me in the shower. I lifted my head and turned towards her. She looked sad, so incredibly sad.

Mina POV

-----

The bed moved suddenly, startling me awake. I kept my eyes closed and listened as Chibs said, "It was just a dream."

I slowly opened my eyes and saw him depart from the room. A few minutes later, he walked past the doorway into the bathroom. Another night like this. I got out of bed and followed him. The shower started with a steady pitter-patter of water and I slowly pushed the door open.

Looking at the floor, I saw a pile of clothes and heard him breathing heavily over the sound of the water. I got undressed and got in the back of the tub. He had his head on the wall with his eyes closed, his hands next to his face, and his entire body was trembling.

"Filip?" I whispered.

He jumped, which startled me in return. He turned and looked at me, and I was terrified. His lips were blue and he was shaking uncontrollably. I took a step over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. He was so cold.
