The next day, winter break was over and school was back.

Right after the first bell, Aizawa asked everyone to come outside.

Next to him was a tall lady with shades on. Another pair of prescription glasses hung from around her neck. She had her blonde hair in a slick back low bun and a mole above her lip.

"Ok Everyone, I would you to meet Ms.Fayina, she's our new guidance counselor from Russia." Aizawa signaled towards her.

"Woah Russia? Why so far from home?" Ochaco exclaimed.

"Only the best of the best here at U.A. I guess!" She stepped up. "Is everything ok with the small boy?" She looked over at Mineta's nose bleeding a pool of blood.

"He's always like this..." Hagakure smacked him over the head. Fayina took surprise by this class starting off.

"Why are we outside if this is just an introduction?" Kami wiped his head with Sero's arm around him.

"I wanted to see you guys in a more spaced-out area!" She took off her shades. "Oy blyat'-" And immediately put them back on, holding her head in pain. "Excuse my language."

"Yeah, it's a lot..." Aizawa sighed.

"Are you ok?" Momo and Iida walked up towards her.

"Yes yes, it's just my quirk."

"Oh, what is it by the way?" Izuku got his notebook ready.

"It's called 'T-Radius', I can see people's traumas through colorful circles around them. The bigger the radius, the longer trauma, the circle is separated by colors that represent different types of trauma, the opacity of the circle is how much it's currently affecting you. It's all in order in the circle by the timeline in your life." She explained.

"Damn that's a lot..." Kami dumbed out.

"Yeah," she scratched her head.

"Why were you hurt just now?" Iida asked.

"The brightness of the circles hurts my eyes and gives me headaches, which is why I wanted you all outside! There are other details that you guys can see in our after-school meetings."

"After-school meetings?" Mineta smirked but Tsu smacked him on the head.

"I only have after-school meetings with a couple of students per my request and from the background information I was given from the school and parents, or what they could give me. If you want to talk to me otherwise, we can set up a meeting during lunch!" Fayina clarified.

"Who's meeting with you?" Momo asked.

Fayina looked back at Aizawa for the list. When he handed it to her she read through then looked back at the students. "This might hurt a bit." She mumbled to herself before taking her shades and squinting like she's looking into the sun. After looking back and forth between the paper and you guys, she turned away and rubbed her eyes.

"Ok, sorry about that," She turned back around. "I will be meeting with 'Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku Midoriya, Ejirou Kirishima, Tenya Iida, Shoto Todoroki, and Y/n L/n.'"

"I don't need no fucking counseling-" Bakugou was cut off by Aizawa wrapping his scarf around his mouth.

"Language!" He glared at him.

"It's fine, I don't mind it." Fayina tapped lightly on the scarf for it to come off. It did. "Good for you, I read the names in order of who's going to see me from least to most."
