Bakugou was reading an All Might comic in his room when he heard people talking outside his door. He got up to tell whoever was making noise to shut the fuck up, but paused when he saw you, Mina, and Kirishima.

It's been a couple of days since your tourney fight with Shinsou. It now seemed like you were integrating yourself back into the Bakusquad. You three were laughing at Kaminari's fail video that Sero sent to the class group chat.

"Oh, hi, Kat, have you seen this video?" You turned your phone to him. His face looked almost annoyed as he wasn't looking at your phone. "Did I do something?" You were confused by his weird demeanor.

He scoffed and turned back into his room, shutting the door. You were taken aback. You looked at Kirishima. "What is he so pissy about?"

He shrugged, though hesitant, like he actually did know. You squinted your eyes at him, then looked back at his door. "I'll meet you guys downstairs." You said. They let you go, walking down the hall. You knocked on his door.

Nothing.

You then opened his door. "What the hell!" he pulled his legs off from on top of his desk.

You stormed in and shut his door. "Why are you being so weird?" You crossed your arms.

He stood up. "I'm not being weird!!"

You took a step forward. "Then why did you-" You paused at the Marigolds peaking out from inside his school bag on his desk. "What are-" He quickly grabbed his bag and hid it behind his desk, then he grabbed your arms, turning you around.

"Get out!" He got two steps in before you sped to his bag. He stumbled forward and looked back at you holding the small bouquet.

You looked up from them. "Are... these for me?" He didn't want to speak. He just wanted you out of his room. But he knew he'd lose to you speeding around.

"It doesn't matter."

"What doesn't matter?"

"...They were for the... dance." His voice grew quieter.

"Oh..."

Every day since your announcement that you weren't going, these boys have been unintentionally making you feel bad for that decision. You felt like an asshole, but you knew your company had always come first.

You sped up to him. "Kat-"

"Why aren't you going?"

"I'm...going to be busy."

"With what?"

"I..." He shook his head, knowing you weren't going to tell him. You were distant when it came to telling your friends where you were constantly leaving to. Then he started walking past you, but you grabbed his arm. "Why is going with me so important to you?"

He stopped, not looking at you. "It'd be my first dance... and the first with you..."

"T-There's probably next year-"

"You don't know that." he shook your hand off, but you grabbed him again, making him turn to you. You bumped closer into his chest. You looked deeply at each other, and with this night sky lighting, you looked almost like a fairy to him. He was so annoyed that he could never truly stay mad at you. Even during the sports festival, when he was more mad at himself for not telling you his feelings back then. He'd always miss being comfortable around you.

He reached his hand for your cheek. Your tension at that moment was making you both lose your words. Bakugou found new ones. "Can I kiss you?"

"Yes." You grabbed his shirt and pulled him down to you, passionately pressing your lips together.
