I walk through the door, following Draco inside I looked around, it was different than the time we used it Which tends to happen with the room but this space was filled with...junk Our space was completely cleared other than the times when the room created obstacles for us to destroy In this room, it was filled with old cabinets, couches, chairs, desks all things that looked worn down and old
"The room of requirements" Draco said after moments of silence "it showed itself to me one day, like I'm sure it did for you all last year...what did it look like when you used it?"
"Mostly empty, except for some props to use" I said walking up to his side
"I would have liked to have been a part of that group instead of wasting a whole year with Umbridge" he said solemnly
"I tried getting Harry to let you in, but—"
"I know" he said cutting me off "Harry has never liked me, I would have been surprised to have been invited to that group. No Slytherins right? Because they're all bad right?"
"No" I said flatly "I don't believe that"
We moved over to a dusty couch in the far back of the room I sat down beside Draco facing him, but he faced towards the door "Things aren't going well for me" he said, his emotions were so itchy
"Let me help you" I held his hand
He took my hand off of his and placed it onto my lap "I'm doing everything I can to keep you out of it, but you keep showing up"
"I don't usually walk this way, I don't know what lead me here maybe you did subconsciously...why were you in that hallway tonight?"
He looked up at the ceiling "I saw how beautiful you looked in that green dress, I wanted to be your date so badly. I didn't know what came over me, but I tried sneaking in, I was caught of course. I wish I could have been with you, Slytherin is your color"
I smiled deeply "I wish you were my date too...not Neville"
"Really?? Didn't he learn last time??" He said agitated
"Just as friends don't worry" I said kissing his lips I pulled out my gift for Draco from my pocket I've kept it on me in case I was able to see him before the holiday "I got you something...it's ok if you didn't get me anything too I don't care"
"Accio gift" he said into the air using his wand I waited a few minutes and then a gift appeared through the window the room made Draco placed it onto my lap "I've gotten something for you every year since I've known you, did you really think this year would be different?"
"This year feels different "
"It is" he said I waited until he opened my gift to begin opening mine I felt his emotions turn sweetly when he opened the box "It's...it's just what I need, you've always known just what to get me"
I opened my gift all of the way now When I opened the box I saw a beautiful gold bracelet I went to place it onto my wrist but Draco did for me instead

"I found it in Diagon alley over the summer, it's enchanted to strengthen the connect between who wears it and who gave it. When I'm feeling strong it's supposed to help you feel strong as well, like if I train you'll get the same boast from it as if you were training...it might be lame but something is going to happen this year that will make things difficult for us. I want to be sure you're safe even when I'm not near you, the best I could do is be sure you're strong enough"
"I love it" i smiled at my newest dragon jewelry "I truly do...you said I'm good at gift giving but you've beat me"
"I also bought you a new broom, it's at the broom store still though. It's being engraved with your last name, and I placed money in your Gringotts account"
I just stared at him open mouthed
"I want to be sure you're ok when everything goes down"
"Draco what's going to happen? Are you going to be ok??"
"I don't want to talk about it" he laid his head onto my lap I began running my hands through his soft hair "I just want to be sure I'm doing what I can to keep you safe"
"I don't like this" I said He looked up at my face, I felt him wipe away tears that were inches from falling onto him "I'm worried"
"I am too" he confessed "but you have other people around you, they will keep you sane"
"I want you to be there doing that for me"
"I know, I want to do that too. You know I've never really thought of what my future looked like until I met you, but I knew once I saw you that you were meant for me. I am madly in love with you but it's not fair for you. You can move on, or go back to the past. I'm sure Fred would be more than willing to take you back"
"I don't want him"
"What do you want" he asked baiting me
"I want you" I leaned down and began kissing his lips "I want you in every possible way" He got off of my lap and continued kissing me I moved from my spot on the couch to his lap, where I straddled him He placed his hands on my hips and I started to rock on his lap "I want you"
"Tell me how much you love me" he said moving to kiss my neck He started to lightly bite my collar, a spot that's always been my weakness
"I love you so much it hurts when I'm not with you. My heart tugs for you when you're near"
His hands started to explore my back, and then he grasped my breasts I moaned softly into his ear "Tell me more" he said
"I love you more than I loved any of my past relationships. I've never known a love deeper than what I feel for you. You make me feel safe and secure, you're who I want"
I let him take off my shirt, exposing myself to him felt right He looked at the scar on my neck and kissed it lovingly I moved my hand down to his pants and began unbuckling him I could feel his hardness underneath my body, I wanted to do this with him I've never wanted to with someone more
"I love you" he said moving me from his lap to lay on the couch "remember that ok? Remember how much I love you"
I nodded my head Fire erupted while we had sex Every stroke was filled with love, his emotions were so high that it made me dizzy at times I couldn't imagine a better partner for me, I was blind all those years not seeing him this way
When we finished I laid down on his chest, he stroked my hair and kissed the top of my forehead "Take this" he passed me a small dove letter, like the ones he would send me before "Don't open it yet. Open it when the time comes, you'll know"
I took the letter and got off of his lap to place it into my sweater When I turned back around I saw that Draco was gone, I wasn't sure where he went but even when I called out to him he wouldn't answer I got dressed and exited the room, the sun was rising when I left I turned back to see the door shut behind me, leaving Draco inside to do whatever was keeping him away from me Stay safe
