One Hundred Sixty Seven

"Have you thought about it?" I asked Harry as we sent another round of letters home

"About what?" He asked

"Don't play dumb" I said crossing my arms

Hedwig went and nipped his hand he held her treat in
"Ouch" he said shaking his finger
"Why do you all want me to be the teacher? I'm not that good"

"Better than most of us" I said "really if I had your skill set I wouldn't have ended up in half of the situation I fell unlucky to"

"Fine I'll do it" he said "but no Slytherins"

I stopped petting Hedwig
"Why not? They deserve the chance to fight back if needed"

"They'll tattle" he side eyed me "especially Malfoy"

"What's your deal with him?"

"He's not a good person"

"What makes you say that?"

"His dad—"

"He's not his dad" I said facing Harry now

"I'm only doing it if we don't invite any of them"

I recrossed my arms
"Fine but you're being ridiculous"

Hermione was glad to hear Harry wanted to help, she planned for us all to have a meeting with potential students in Hogsmeade this weekend
She agreed with Harry, no Slytherins

"I feel bad I can't invite Draco" I said to Fred
We were laying together on the common room couch
Everyone else went to bed already

"I know" he said rubbing my back soothingly "but what if he told the wrong person and we all got caught?"

"He wouldn't if I told him not to"

"It's safer for us this way"

"I really don't get why you all hate him"

Fred sighed deeply
"His family is bad news"

"So was mine before we found out Professor Lupin was my dad. You all still gave me a chance"

"Yeah but you were different"

"How"

"I don't know, I just felt like you were"

"He's that way for me"

"I don't really like you're friendship with him" he confessed

I sat up off his chest and rested on his lap
He got up to meet my face
"He doesn't like my relationship with you but he knows I'm happy. Don't start this again"

"I'm not" he said placing my fallen hair behind my ear "I just feel protective of you, I don't want anything bad to happen"

"He is the last person on this planet who would hurt me"
Fred was quiet
He turned his face to look at the fireplace but I pulled him back to me
"Trust me"

"I have no problem trusting you"

"Trust my judgement as well"

He nodded his head and I kissed him on his nose
And then his lips
He deepened the kiss by holding the back of my neck

I pulled back
"Fred have you had sex with anyone?"

His eyes went wide
"Uh yes...after we broke up I did...why"

"I just wanted to know" I said kissing him again

"I only want to when you're ready" he said after a few minutes of loving each other "and if you're not for a while I'm ok with that too...but what made you want to have sex with Nico so early?"

"I don't know, I just loved him so much I felt like having sex with him would be ok. Just like how much I love you"
I kissed him again but this time I pushed him back onto the couch
I placed my hands on his chest and began moving my lips down towards his jawline, his throat and to his chest that I pulled his shirt off of
He sat up with me on his lap and put his hand back behind my neck and held tightly as he moved his lips from mine towards my neck
He bit me softly, creating a low moan to escape my mouth
I felt his length thickening beneath me, my stomach began throbbing with a want for him

He looked me in my eyes and put his hands under my shirt
"Is this ok?" He whispered to me

I took my own shirt off and threw it behind us
"Yes"

"Maybe we should wait" he said in between kissing me

"Why" I said
I pulled him closer to me
"I want you"

"I want you too...fuck it" he said lifting me up in his arms and brought me over to a wall
He pushed me against the wall and secured me with his hands under my ass as he kissed my chest again
The common room could be filled with students and I wouldn't care
I cared about the way Fred made me feel
He gave me feelings that I thought I lost with Nico
He makes me feel alive, his burning warmth for me almost sets me on fire when we are together

He stopped kissing me and looked into my eyes again
"I love you"

I placed my hands on his cheeks
"I love you too"

He picked me off of the wall and guided me back to the couch
He looked around and saw that no one was around still
By this point it was 2am

He began taking off his pants

I wiped my face of tears that escaped my eyes and then watched as he began taking my pants off slowly, kissing from my waist to above my red thong

Having sex with Fred felt different than Nico

I knew that I could move on from Nico with Fred
