One Hundred Sixty Five

Draco never told me what was upsetting him that day, but it seemed that things went back to normal with us the following day
Weeks have gone by, the worst class has stayed Defense class

"We aren't learning anything from her" I said defeated
Hermione and I were studying in the library while everyone else joined Fred and George for pranks against Umbridge
I wanted to go but Hermione wanted to spend time together so I went with her instead

"Do you think we should form some kind of group for defense class...Harry could teach it" she suggested

I looked at her confused
"Would he? He's the best at offense spells definitely "

"He's the only one who's gone against you know...both of you are the only ones who know what he's like"

"I barely do, he was able to battle him. I was just kidnapped, I could use some training from
him that's true"

"We all could, let's talk to him about this tom —" she was interrupted by a loud explosion near us

Smoke clouds filled the room, smoke that tasted like candy
Fred and George

"Really??" Hermione yelled

I got out of my seat and tried finding my way out but kept bumping into bookshelves
I felt someone grab my hand, the familiar feeling of warmth engulfed me
"Hello Freddie" I said chuckling

"How'd you know?" He said back

"I can feel your emotions" I said "what are you doing here?"

"We got her good, but George and me got separated running away from the scene. I ran here to avoid getting caught"

"So how did it end up here too?"

"I got excited and lit more on my way to find a hiding place" I didn't have to see him to know his smirking face was grinning

"It taste like candy" I said breathing in the smoke

"It'll get sticky if we stay let's go" he grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the library

  "What about Hermione?" I said through my laughter

  "Eh she's fine" he said

He pulled me through the halls and into an abandoned classroom
I heard Umbridge yelling about the pranks and Peeves the poltergeist messing with her
  "You have peeves after her too?"

Fred looked from the door to me
  "He loves us, he saw what we were doing and jumped in"

Fred stared at me for a while
Long enough that my cheeks heated and I felt warm
So warm
  "Is there something on my face?" I asked

  "Nothing" he put his finger on my cheek and then opened his hand for my face to relax in
  "You're so beautiful"

  "You're just saying that" I said looking back at the door
More noises were heard from the other side but Fred pulled my face back to his

  "I'm not. I messed up at the end of our relationship, can I prove to you that I won't again?"

  "How are you going to prove that?"

He put one hand behind my back and the other in my hand
He began slow dancing with me
  "There's no music" I said trying to hide my blush

  "The sound of chaos is our music" he said

He dipped me, I felt so secure in his arms
  "Don't drop me" I said holder on tighter to his body

  "I won't, I promise" he picked me back up and began dancing slowly with me again
"Let me dance with you, do what I should have done that night instead"
He picked me up by placing his hands on my waist, as if I weighed nothing to him, and then placed me back down
I looked at his arms, he's so muscular
I couldn't help but place one of my hands on his upper arm and feel his strength
He pulled me in close to his chest, I felt his heart beating faster as we moved around the room

  "Fred" I said looking up from his chest

He placed a kiss on my forehead
  "My sweet Cora"

I froze
I felt my eyes watering up so I closed them, but tears began to slip out of my lashes
Fred emotions turned concerned, I opened my eyes as he was about to wipe my tears away but I pushed back
"Don't call me that"

"I'm sorry" he said anxiously "I didn't mean to upset you...why does that upset you?"

"I can't do this" I said turning around and running out of the classroom
I slammed the door shut behind me and ran for the halls
I heard Fred calling my name but I kept running until I ran into someone
"S-sorry" I said
When I looked up it was Draco

He looked at me and then at who was running after me
He pushed me behind his body
"What the fuck did you do" he growled

"He di-didnt do anything" I said wiping my face of tears

"Bullshit" Draco's emotions were so bitter

"He didn't I promise" I said

Fred was now barely a foot before Draco
"Cora I'm sorry" he said

Draco used one of his hands to hold me behind his body
"You have one sentence to convince me not to end you" He raised his wand in his other hand

"Draco please" I said "calm down"

"You ran into me crying, I'm not going to calm down"

"Cora what did I do?" Fred asked, almost begging

"You don't have to talk to him" Draco said
Crabbe and Goyle stood next to Draco about to jump in if needed

"It's nothing I over reacted"

"If it's nothing than Fred you can move on somewhere else" Draco said

"Not until Cora is with me"

"She doesn't belong to you" he said back

"And what she belongs to you??" Fred said agitated

"I don't belong to anyone" I said over Draco

"Let's separate" Professor Snape said from down the hall
I saw George was caught by him, he looked confused about the situation we were in
"Mr.Weasley you're serving detention with your brother tonight"

"What did I do?" Fred said slyly

"I doubt he was only this one causing a scene just a few moments ago, if you don't want another you will separate from whatever is happening here"
Fred looked at me, I was peering over Draco's arm, and then walked over to Snape who grabbed both twins and walked away

When they left Draco turned to me
"Cora, what happened?"

"I over reacted, he called me something that Nico used to call me and it triggered my emotions...that's all I promise"
