Two Hundred Fifty Two

"Saw the paper this morning" Kingsley started with
I felt my heart jump
"How many were there?" He asked
They are talking about my raid
I felt myself relax again

"15" Charlie answered "I caught ones who tried escaping but her and her dragon took down the main site"

"Only 15?" Moody said with annoyance

I glared at him
"How many did you kill?"

"My job isn't snatchers, girl"

"So none" I placed my chin onto my hand
I heard a chuckle, I looked to my right and saw my dad smirking

"How's catching Greyback?" He said leaning back into his chair

"Caught Yaxley yet?" Charlie retorted
I smirked at him and then sent a glare at Moody

"Anyways" Arthur brought our group back to focus "we haven't heard from Percy in a while" I saw Molly tense up "we should assume a raid is happening within the next few meetings, Harry do you have anything to share?"

Harry and Ginny were on horcrux searches, the first year we all dedicated time in searching for the mysterious items that Voldemort put his soul into
Harry explained to the group that when we destroyed one, it would weaken him. He wasn't sure how many were out there, or where they even were or what they looked like
We had no idea what we were looking for
After a year we separated into different missions, Harry's still being that
Him and Ginny looked for clues all around the United Kingdom

"Well" he said looking at Ginny

"I'm pregnant" she said unsure
This news took us all for a loop, it was an unspoken agreement that no one would risk a pregnancy right now
The idea of having to hide your weaken loved one while being searched for was too much to bare
We all had spots we called home but none of it was truly safe from death eaters

"But you're not even married" Molly said confused

Arthur smiled at his daughter
"Congratulations" he said softly to her
She smiled deeply

"Thank you, but about that" Ginny said after holding her dad's hand

"We got married in secret" Harry said

I shared a look with Charlie, we were both shocked

"But" Molly was visibly upset "you're my only daughter...I-I wanted to pick out a dress with you...your father was supposed to walk you down the isle"

"Mum this isn't the time for full weddings" Ginny said annoyed "none of us know if we will all make it out of this alive and the last thing I want to regret is not marrying the male I love"
Harry held her hand tightly

I nodded my head agreeing with her, Molly sent me a look
"Problem?" I asked

"You agree with her??"

"I think having a giant wedding is showy and unnecessary"

"We are going to have a big wedding" Bill said annoyed "we plan to invite her family and my own"

"Might as well announce it like that Malfoy boy did, let the whole world know of your plan and let them come destroy it" Moody added

Fred and my dad looked at me but I avoided their eyes

"It's already been decided, everyone here is invited, don't come if you think you'll get caught. Mum you can live your dream through helping with Fleur's wedding" Bill said

Fleur and Molly both looked apprehensive about that idea
Fleur's parents were in France and I'm sure wouldn't be able to come set up a wedding with her
Molly was her only option for help

"Next thing you know Ron's going to tell us he—" Molly went off but Ron interrupted her

"Married Hermione? That happened years ago"

I was even more shocked at this news
"Why didn't you tell me..?" I said looking at Hermione
Now I was sounding like Molly

"It happened our first year of being in hiding...it never came up I'm sorry"

"Don't be" i said slouching into my chair "really it's fine I get it. We are all going to die anyways right? Might as well"
My three closest friends, all married
My ex best friend is getting married
Here I am...with nothing

"I should have said something" Hermione looked guilty
Ron gave me the same look

"Really I don't care"
I was guarding myself now, I didn't want Hermione Ron Harry any of them knowing how much it hurt to not know about their marriages

"anyone else pregnant? Because now would be a great time to tell the group" Molly said pissed

I raised my hand
Fred and my dad looked inches from passing out
I put it back down
"I'm kidding" I said trying to make a joke for my own pathetic heart

Tonks put her hand up
She didn't bring it back down though
I didn't think anything could shock me more than Hermione not inviting me to her ceremony
This was worst
"I'm due in a few weeks" she took off her giant jacket
One I didn't pay mind to seeing her with, she exposed her stomach full as someone 9 months pregnant would be

I looked at my dad
He didn't look at me
He wouldn't
"Are you fucking kidding me" I said slamming my hand onto the table

I got out of my seat and started pacing around
"I'm going to have a sibling and you didn't think to tell me?!"

He didn't say anything
"We wanted to" Tonks added

"Shut up I'm not talking to you" I said feeling betrayed "did you guys get married in secret as well?? Come on anyone else have news they want to share??"

"Cora I'm sorry" my dad said
Fred didn't say anything but he got out of his chair and grabbed my hand

I shook him off
Molly didn't like that
"You're not good enough for my son" she said turning red "he loves you more than you know, but you're just going to keep stringing him along aren't you??"

I shook my head but my dad spoke up
"You would be lucky to have my daughter as your in law" he said looking up from the table "she is fiercely loyal and cares more than she lets on"

I was feeling overwhelmed in this tight dining room
Even without being able to read emotions, the ones pouring out of everyone was enough to make my head spin
"I need fresh air" I said walking towards the door
Fred followed me
"Congratulations everyone on your wonderful life events" I said slamming it shut in Fred's face
