     Yanah stepped into the house, her nose scrunching in distaste already hating this. No she doesn't want to be here, not at all. She just wanted to go home and cuddle with her baby. 

      But sometimes it's necessary to do certain things even if it's not what you want. She would have skipped this stupid party if the host wasn't her best bud. She still doesn't like this. 

     Riya may be her best friend but she doesn't have to black mail her emotionally just for the sake of her attending the party.

    She wants to be mad at her, even wants to yell at her for forcing her to come here. But she knows that the other didn't mean any harm. 

     She just wanted to have her party occupied by some popular people. And Yanah was already one of the most popular names frequently brought up in the rumors and daily banters. 

     How she would not. Because she is dating one of the most popular and handsome guys in the university, eventually breaking a precious friendship that has been there for two years. She wants to roll her eyes at that, if only they know.

    She knows while being one of the most discussed names, she was also the most hated one. Because after all she is the one who ruined everything according to them. But all she did was try to help someone who was drowning in chaos and dark memories of a past he wanted to forget.

    She knows that she is not doing the right thing by getting into a relationship with Tae when she should have helped him figure out things peacefully before taking that drastic step. 

    And she knows that he is conflicted and is badly in need of some assistance. 

    And instead of helping him and doing what is the right thing to do, she was only trying to confuse him and push him more into where she wants him to be. She knows that she is playing with fire by taking such a big risk of dating him when she knows how weak she was for him.

     But what could she do when she is already in deep. She has been loving him for a long time before anyone else. Five years, she was loving him without caring about anything. And she cannot back out now, not when she is already so close to her dream of having him.

    She knows that she shouldn't do this. She is breaking the bonds which Tae has built with so much effort. And she is breaking a heart which doesn't deserve any of this what is happening right now.

      But what could she do when what both of them wanted was the same dream, the same happiness, the same love, the same lover. 

    And what to do. Only one of them could get him.

    And surely she's not the one to back down. And she is going to do anything to have him by her side when they leave this place for once and all. And if she manages to succeed  in it, she doesn't have to worry about losing him to someone who manages to get into his heart before her.

    He may be Tae's first love, once the reason for his happiness. But she is going to be his last in every sense. And she is not working so hard like this to have nothing in the end.

    She knows that his heart is not yet hers. But still it's okay, she should give him time to adjust, to warm up to the idea of someone else being his side forever other than that younger ravenette. 

    And she would help him forget all the bad memories and sorrows which were buried deep inside him with no one else knowing about them. And maybe she is the only one who knows why there are no second chances for a mistake which was not even that grievous.
