Kie's POV:

It was a typical Monday morning. My alarm went off for school and I got up to start my morning routine. John B would come over later in the Twinkie with Pope, John B, and Sarah to pick me up for school. Well, Pope would be the one driving to make sure we weren't late.

I went downstairs and ate breakfast quick. My parents were getting ready to leave for work at the Wreck soon. I went back upstairs to finish getting ready. Next up, shower time. I went in the bathroom and turned the shower on. I was just about to step into the shower when I heard knocking on my window.

I wrapped a towel around my body and saw JJ was climbing in through the window.

"Good morning" I said laughing

"Good morning, just stopped by to hang before school"

"Since when are you up so early?"

"Since my dad came home drunk this morning and I got the hell out before he decided to use me as a human punching bag"

"Shit, glad you left"

"So what are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm about to shower"

JJ winked at me as he looked me up and down and said, "I could go for a shower"

"Nice try, Maybank" I said as he was always flirting with me

"I was just kidding" He said

I replied, "Yeah, uh huh, I'm sure you were"

JJ just gave me that stupid smirk and said, "Enjoy your shower"

I'll be the first to admit, he's hot. Like super freaking hot. He's also my best friend. He flirts with me all the time and shoot him down all the time because of the rule. The stupid no pogue on pogue macking rule. But I deserved to have fun and be young and dumb as a teenager, right?

So that's when I decided to do something I knew I would probably regret. "Come on" The words just came out of my mouth and he looked at me as if he didn't hear me correctly

"What? Wait, really?"

"Why not" I replied heading into the bathroom

"So is this like a shower with swimsuits on kind of thing or???" He asked

"Does it look like I'm wearing a swimsuit?" I asked taking my towel off and placing it beside my shower as I got into the shower

JJ quickly removed his clothes before joining me in the shower. There was plenty of space in here along with two shower heads and I turned the other one on. I've never seen JJ so relaxed and wow, his hair looked so good wet. His abs were literally popping out and then I looked below his waistline. I mean, would you blame me. Let's just say, wow.

He totally caught me looking and said, "My eyes are up here"

"Whatever, you stare at my boobs all the time" I replied getting lost in his ocean blue eyes and then I focused back on the bruise on his abdomen

I lightly touched it as it was just above his hip bone. I hated seeing bruises on JJ. He said, "It's fine, it's old and doesn't hurt anymore"

I looked into his eyes and we both slowly leaned in for the kiss. It was perfect. It was like we were making out in the rain. Our bodies were pressed up against each other as we continued to make out. He was totally feeling me up and honestly I didn't want him to stop.

I was the first to pull away when I said, "We have to get to school"

"One more minute" JJ replied reconnecting our lips

Once the kiss broke, I reached for my bottle of shampoo. JJ grabbed the bottle of shampoo and said, "Let me"

He washed my hair for me and then he washed his own hair. It was time to get out of the shower but neither of us wanted to leave. We scrambled to dry off and get dressed as the pogues were waiting for us out front in the twinkie. They kept honking the horn signaling us to hurry up.

I had no time to do my hair or makeup. I basically just got dressed, grabbed my stuff, and we ran out the front door together. We got in the back of the twinkie and everyone looked at us. Shit. There was no hiding anything because you could clearly tell we just got out of the shower.

"I see you two were getting steamy in the shower" John B teased

We didn't say anything. Pope lectured us about breaking the rule and Sarah thought it was cute. My eyes met JJ's and he went in his phone and a few seconds later a text popped up in my screen.

JJ: So can I come over tomorrow morning for another shower?

Kie: Only if you promise to finish what you started this morning

I looked up at him and he was smiling like an idiot at his phone. He texted me back and said: Why wait for tomorrow. How about tonight?

I looked at the text and back at him. I was going to have sex with JJ Maybank tonight. I didn't get a chance to text him back as we arrived at school. So I just looked at him and nodded my head yes. All day it was all I could think about.

School ended and we all got in the Twinkie and headed to the Chateau. I caught JJ's eyes on me all afternoon which made me even more anxious for tonight. Everyone was going their separate ways and JJ and I were walking away from the Chateau when he asked, "Do you still want to do this?"

"Yeah, I'm just kinda nervous because I've been thinking about it all day"

"We don't have to do anything you don't want to do. We can just hang out" He said as we approached his house

I've never been inside before and he said his dad wasn't home. We went inside and we went to his bedroom and he shut the door. We both sat on his bed super awkwardly and I said, "I'm sorry, this felt super natural this morning and now I'm just nervous and being weird about it"

JJ looked at me and he kissed me. I soon forgot all about being nervous as he took the lead on this. He was really good at this, too good. He was super sweet and kept asking for my consent, which I appreciated and we did it. It was better than I could have imagined. After, JJ picked me up and he carried me into the bathroom and turned the shower on.

We stepped inside together and he said, "This is going to become my new favorite thing"
