Shared apartment
8:20 pm

I sat up in our shared bed crying. I felt like everytime I wiped my face they would Jain create another rains farm on my face.

I wasn't one to express my feelings to anyone. I would keep it to myself, and release emotions when I was alone in my own thoughts.

I just felt as if it was easier for everyone.

Just then I heard the front door open. He wasn't supposed to be back til 10.

"Honey I'm home" he yelled out in a posh voice, laughing at his joke after.

I quickly dried my face with my shirt laid back onto the bed. I just hope he wouldn't notice.

The bedroom door opened and ddot walked in with a bag in his hand.

(A/N: I would do unspeakable things for some wingstop rn)

"Hey mama" he said quietly putting the bag down on the chest we had at the foot of our bed.

"Hi" I whispered slighting lifting up from the bed. He changed out of his clothes before laying in bed beside me.

He grabbed my chin pulling me in for a short kiss before he pulled away feeling my face.

"Why ya face swollen?" He asked feeling my cheeks in specifics. (THE ONES ON YOUR FACE STOP IT)

He then leaned over grabbing his phone turning his flashlight on pointing in at my face.

I brought his hand up to my face lightly rubbing before turning the flashlight off.

"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked.

And that brought waterworks back.

I hid my face in my hands to try to stop the tears but they wouldn't let up.

ddot pulled me into a hug pulling me so I would be on his chest.

I sat there and I cried. I don't know for how long but I cried and I cried until I couldn't cry anymore.

After I stopped ddot lifted my face up so we were making direct eye contact.

"What did I tell you about bottling up all your emotions? You know it's not good for you ma" he said and I put my head back down.

"I know but you already have so much on your plate, I don't wanna be an add on" I muttered making his shake his head.

"That don't matter. As long as you good I'm good" he said pulling me into a tight hug.

He lifted my face up again and pressed a kiss to my chapped lips before pulling away.

"I love you. More than you will ever know" I said making his face turn red as we smiled at each other.
