Hi friends!!
I've had this in my drafts for...I don't even know how long I'm guessing a few weeks, but I just now came up with a title and description. Anyways, here's Naomi's intro to my art book!
While Naomi may be known as the gentler of the Kageyama sisters, she is a proficient fighter in her own right—a fact that people around her tend to overlook. However, this is something she uses to her advantage, especially given the fact that her breathing style relies on ambush attacks :3 (yes, I can and will be a nerd about this if given the chance, tread with caution folks XD)
I also wanted to do a glowing eye effect, which I'm still kind of a beginner at but I hope I got the right vibe :D
I tried shading the clothes since I was feeling ambitious, and I'm actually proud of how I did it for her cloak since the design pattern is pretty complex for me XD (as for the uniform itself, I tried my best). I'm just glad that I was finally able to make her hair make sense ✊
Anyways, here's a fun taisho secret about Naomi!
She was originally going to have an owl instead of a standard kasugai crow, however due to the fact that she lives with Tsukiyo and they're often close together, she got a standard issue crow instead to avoid potential conflicting birds (though its name, "Fuku" is a shortened form of "fukurō" which is the word for owl in Japanese :D)
