"Kakashi: Sharingan Warrior!"

"Once freed from the Water Prison, Kakashi uses his Sharingan to replicate many of Zabuza's water-based attacks, causing him to become agitated and be easily defeated. At the last second, Zabuza is seemingly killed by a young masked hunter ninja from the Hidden Mist Village. Naruto is angry and jealous that someone so young could easily defeat an opponent that gave Team 7 so much trouble, but Kakashi says that there are many ninjas younger than Naruto yet stronger than himself. The hunter-ninja leaves with Zabuza's body, and Kakashi then collapses from fatigue as a result of using his Sharingan for too long."

Analysis

In this episode, we get to understand the true abilities of the Sharingan. It can copy the enemy's moves and is used against them, which is why Kakashi managed to defeat Zabuza easily.

Moreover, we are also presented with an unknown character in this episode: a young masked hunter ninja from Hidden Mist Village. When the mysterious hunter arrives on the scene, Zabuza is seemingly killed by this hunter. When Naruto witnesses this, he gets jealous because this young ninja defeated Zabuza easily. It's probably because Naruto had to work extremely hard to become a strong ninja, and it seems unfair that a young ninja defeated Zabuza instead of him. The young, masked ninja didn't even make an effort to kill Zabuza. At that moment, Kakashi gave meaningful advice, which is, "There are many ninjas younger than Naruto yet stronger than himself." Kakashi's words made Naruto think, which made him decide to keep on working hard as a ninja.

Although the Sharingan has advantages, it also has one disadvantage. If used for a long time, one can collapse from fatigue, just like Kakashi did. However, Kakashi isn't a Uchiha, so probably it wouldn't affect someone like Sasuke Uchiha that much. Moreover, there are so many secrets behind the Sharingan, which are revealed further in the anime Naruto.

The lesson from this episode is that one needs to work harder to become the best they can be.
