Analysis

With Tsunade out of commission due to her paralyzing fear of blood, Jiraiya takes on the challenge of defeating Orochimaru. The battle between the two legendary sannin has begun. Jiraiya, however, doesn't have enough chakra to summon Gamabunta due to the drug Tsunade gave him. Naruto also attempted to summon Gamabunta, but he also failed. What will happen to Jiraiya? Can he defeat Orochimaru? All of these questions will be answered in the next episode.

Kabuto continues to insult Tsunade, which angers Naruto and gives him the strength to fight Kabuto and protect Tsunade. Naruto is compassionate in the sense that he cares about other people. For example, he was very sympathetic toward Sasuke during his fight with Itachi and was sympathetic to Gaara when he fought with him. Naruto was even sympathetic to Haku's situation with Zabuza, even though Haaku was the enemy. Therefore, this is why Naruto found the strength to protect Tsunade because of Kabuto's insults towards Tsunade. Naruto doesn't like to see people suffering emotionally; it's just the way he is. Moreover, since he has experienced pain, he doesn't want anyone to feel the pain that he has endured due to him being the host of the nine-tailed fox.  In other words, Naruto is a round character who seems like a real person who cares about others.

However, Naruto is no match for Kabuto, who picks on Naruto and brings back Tsunade's memories of Nawaki, Dan, and the bet made between her and Naruto. Tsunade starts to have memories of Nawaki and Dan because Naruto is very similar to them. Moreover, Naruto seems to be no match for Kabuto until there is a shift. Naruto has one advantage to win the battle, which is the Rasengan.

In the heat of battle, Naruto, on the spot, creates a unique method using a shadow clone to help divide the roles by rotating the chakra, and he can pull together all the strength he has left to make one final attack with his right hand, creating a shadow clone and pulling off a complete Rasengan. Having defeated Kabuto, Naruto passes out after mastering the new jutsu. Kabuto was about to kill Tsunade until Naruto saved her.  For instance, he used his hand to block the kunai (the sharp-pointed blade). Therefore, Naruto is shown to be not only brave but also fearless, as he is determined to win the battle. This is why there is triumph music playing in the background to signify Naruto's victory in defeating Kabuto using the complete Rasengan. When Naruto made use of a shadow clone to help divide the roles of rotating the chakra, it wasn't just strategic; it was pure genius. The reason Naruto's method is unique is that the fourth Hokage and Jiraiya never used a shadow clone to master the jutsu. It took them years to master it, but Naruto mastered the jutsu in a week! This is remarkable because we're glad Naruto mastered the jutsu and defeated Kabuto. Moreover, he won the bet between him and Tsunade. The episode was epic, whereas if it wasn't for Kabuto, Naruto would not have mastered the Rasengan, so in a way, Kabuto played a role in Naruto mastering the technique. Moreover, Naruto proves to be a dynamic character who continues to grow as a ninja no matter what.

The lesson from this episode is that one shouldn't let other people's opinions define their success. For example, Tsunade and Jiraiya didn't believe that Naruto could master the Rasengan in a week. However, Naruto proved them wrong using his unique method. Therefore, one can succeed in something if they are determined to accomplish their goals.
