"Team 7 opens its scrolls inside the tower, summoning Iruka to inform them that they made it in time. He observes their growth and then allows them to enter the main room, where they meet with the other passing teams: Team 10, Team 8, Team Guy, the Sand Siblings, Kabuto's team, and Team Dosu. Hiruzen briefly speaks about what the exams are all about before entrusting Hayate Gekko to oversee the matches."
Analysis
Iruka has observed their growth and expressed his regret for ever doubting them. After Team 7 came so far in the chunin exams, he is now positive that they have grown to become strong ninjas. Iruka was very protective over them; hence, he truly cared about his students. He wants all of them to succeed; hence, Iruka is the type of person who is loving and caring when it comes to his students. Moreover, it explains why he is one of the teachers at the Ninja Academy.
There is an unfolding of events since the next phase of the exams is matches. The next episode is going to be epic.
The lesson from this episode is that working with others makes things easier, especially when you want to succeed.
