"How ridiculous." Alois scoffed, currently you three were sitting back to back in a void, the two butlers were to fight and whoever won would have their master(s) come back to life, you were currently chained to Ciel while he was chained to Alois. "Duel between demon butlers." Ciel commented as Alois chuckled. "Yes, amusing, isn't it, to see two grown men act like desperate children."
"Then what happens?" You asked. "My wishes will come true, and when they do, I'll die for real, and Hannah will eat my soul. After that, I'll return this body to you and Y/n will be able to go back to hers!" He answered, trying to lighten the mood a bit. "Return this body?" Your brother scoffed.
"I did a terrible thing to you, Ciel, Y/n. Both Sebastian and Claude love you two. I wanted to punish you both for living such a blessed life." Alois confessed "Love, eh? How childish." You brushed off. "Huh?" Alois questioned. "You don't understand Sebastian at all, do you? Have you any idea how he'll react when he learns the details of the contract?" You questioned as you looked down into your lap.
"We've already exacted the revenge we so desired. With that archived we existed for a singular purpose, to have our souls devoured by Sebastian." Ciel explained "But then Hannah and I made our contract and your plans were foiled." Alois added up as you nodded. "I can almost pity him, fighting while still in the dark. He battles now, not knowing what will happen when he wins." You commented, playing with the bow on your dress.
"Not knowing the truth of his reward..." You trailed off, ignoring the viewing space of the fight between Claude and Sebastian. "No, Claude." Alois shouted, announcing who had won. "It's over now." Ciel declared as Alois calmed down a bit in acceptance. "You're right, it's all over." He stated.
"Satisfied?" You asked, tilted your head a bit to get a small glimpse of his blonde (how tf do you spell blond? 😭😭) hair. "I don't really know. I'm no longer sure how I feel but..." Alois trailed off, thinking of what else to say. "But?" "Well, strange as it sounds, that's fine with me." Alois accepted as his figure started forming a light as he seemed to fade away.
You stood up first before helping your brother. "Here we are, Sebastian. The truth is right in front of you now. So what will you do when you learn everything?" You asked as you both looked out.
Hannah was carrying both of your bodies as she stood over a cliff. "At last, we can know happiness. Oh, dear master. Claude finally acknowledged you." She told Alois, assuming he was still inside. "Hannah." Sebastian called. "The terms of the contract I've made with my master have been suitably met. All you have to do now is kill me. Simply do that, and your young master will have his body back and the mistress will return to hers." Hannah explained as she turned to Sebastian.
"However... even with their bodies returned, you will find that Ciel and Y/n Phantomhive are as good as dead people to you." She revealed as Sebastian's eyed widened "My master and I have succeeded. Our work is nearly done. As for the Phantomhives, well" just as she was about to answer the rock she stood on broke off and she began falling down the cliff with you and your brother in her arms.
