The carriage came to a stop as a valet in crisp and perfect uniform opened the door. "Welcome, sir. May I have your name?" The man asked as Sebastian stepped out first before he helped your brother out and then yourself.

Sebastian began the greetings as you looked back at the ocean. "We are staying from today. This is Earl Warwicks-" "Ah! Wait! Hey, you there!" A voice shouted from afar before fast footsteps could be heard walking up.

"Excuse me for greeting you from below." The voice said as Sebastian raised a brow and looked down. A comically short man came into view, he had rather light hair from old age and a large nose, he was dressed rather nicely, most likely someone from high status or money. But what threw you off was that he looked like an elf... almost?

"I am the manager of this hotel. Barnabus Fairchild the 3rd is my name. Thank you for making this trip all the way from London." The man said as he tipped his hat, "Earl Ciel Phantomhive. Countess Y/n Phantomhive. And your butler, mister Sebastian Michaelis. Welcome to the Spring nectar hotel!!"

You immediately tensed up as he had called all three of you out by NAME immediately. But you did recognize his surname. "Ah, my apologies. I suppose you both would prefer to be called 'Mister' and 'madam' to 'Earl' and 'countess' at the present." The man snapped his finger in recognition as you felt a pit of wariness bubble in your chest.

"I see... We were sure we had made the first move. But you were one step ahead." Sebastian hummed as the man smirked. "One step ahead, you say? The 'best service' is only possible by being one step ahead of our guests. Nothing more. We are hospitality staff, experts in tending to our clientele. A role far superior to a servant who need only wait up on his master."

At this point you couldn't tell, was he making a jab at Sebastian or implying something? But he just seemed so... Smug.

"Here at Nectar Springs our distinct information network allows us to identify our guests prior to their arrival so we may offer them the highest quality 'service' from the moment they set foot in the hotel. And of course you can rest easy to know that our findings will be held in confidence. So long as they pay, guests of any kind are welcome here. That is our policy." He informed as he tipped his hat once again and winked.

"I am sure you must be exhausted from such an arduous, lengthy journey. Do relax and enjoy yourselves at this paradise." He said before he pulled out a bell from his breast pocket and shook it. "Now, Hall, my boy. Please show them to their rooms."

"Of course, sir." A young man in bellboys attire soon appeared, he had dark hair pulled back into a man bun with some shorter hair sticking out on the left side of his face. "I am your bellboy, Rodney Hall. This way, please!" He introduced himself before leading you three inside the hotel. You held on tight to your brothers arm as you stepped inside. "I will show you to the check in counter!"

You looked around and hummed at the sight. It was bright and beautiful. Intricate designs on the roof and pillars, a spiraling staircase made of stone that made up about 7-8 levels in the hotel. Servants and workers dressed nicely as they greeted guests happily, offering to carry their luggage and showing them to their rooms.
