On the second day that Travis was with Taylor in Sydney, they decided to visit the zoo. After talking all about wanting to have "forever" together and that the events at the parade in Kansas reminded them of how quickly things could end, they just wanted to go out and do whatever they wanted to do. "Australia kinda has a thing with helicoptering me though", Taylor mentioned. "What do you mean?", Travis wanted to know confused. "The paps show up in helicopters and try to get pictures from there. That happened multiple times down here for me. It's not that it has to happen later too but it could", she told him honestly. "That sounds pretty... scary? Weird at least. Like... Yes, you are Taylor Swift, I do know that and people try to take pictures everywhere, I don't care but... isn't that a bit over the top?", he asked making her laugh. "I think everyone who's waiting for me just to take pictures while I walk to the car feels over the top to me but... yeah... the helicopters are weird. Let's just hope they're not allowed over a zoo, hm?", she answered honestly. He nodded and so they started their day.

Taylor felt so happy with Travis just walking around the zoo watching the animals and listening to the people explain stuff about them. He held her hand or had his arm around her the whole time. "Welcome to one of the largest ape houses", a zoo guide said and let them in. Taylor's eyes immediately scanned through the building. Travis squeezed her hand looking around too. This was probably one of the most impressive things he had ever seen next to Taylor's tour. "This is so cool!", she mumbled letting him pull her from here to there. She just did not care about where to go because it looked amazing everywhere. Travis took some pictures and could even snap some of Taylor without her even noticing. They were able to see some behind-the-scenes stuff too and pet a couple of the animals at the zoo.

But of course, the paps wouldn't leave them alone and a helicopter showed up after they had left the building again. Taylor cursed silently knowing that Travis thought it was too much but he squeezed her hand again. "Not your fault", he mouthed and continued to reassure her silently until the loud noise was gone again and they sat down to eat in one of the zoo's restaurants. "Don't even say a word about the helicopter, Allie. Just forget about it. We had an awesome day here. They won't have space in my memory", he said when she just opened her mouth to say something. Taylor smiled at him and took his hand on the table. "It was an awesome day", she decided to just agree and forget about the idiots in a helicopter. They enjoyed their food and talked about everything and nothing until it was time to leave again.

And they hadn't even entered the hotel room again when Taylor read a message from Tree on her phone: "Kanye mentioned you in a song again but don't freak out. Noone cares besides tabloids. Your zoo visit is hopefully going to overshadow it." She read it multiple times. He mentioned her again? Why? Why now? What was his plan? "Tay?", Travis asked when she did not move after he had closed the hotel room door behind them. She just held the phone up to him so he could read the message. "Okay, but it sounds like that's not a big deal", he said a little confused. "Not a big deal?! Are you kidding me?!", she yelled and immediately felt bad for it. "Sorry, sorry, I... sorry", she stuttered and tried to calm herself down. "Tree literally said, noone cares", he repeated the words of her publicist. "That's not true! It's bullshit! Everyone cares!", she could not believe him. Knowing what had happened the last time when Kanye had mentioned her name in a song, she could not believe that noone cared. It was just going to take a few hours. Then the world would turn on her again. Travis was honestly a little overtaxed by this situation. He knew there was a backstory to this but he never really dug deeper into it.

"Tay", he tried to get her attention again because she was still freaking out and started pacing up and down her room. "Taylor, hey!", he tried it again but she completely ignored him unsure if it was better for him to just leave now. He would sooner or later, she was certain about that so why not make him go right now? "Just leave me alone!", she pushed him away when he tried to stop her in her way. "Tay, please", he mumbled watching her worriedly. "No! Go, just go now! It's better like this, trust me!", she told him. "Baby, I know you're scared, but", he tried but she wouldn't let him finish: "I'm not scared. I know exactly what's about to happen and it's better for both of us if you just go now before it gets ugly", she told him. Travis just stared at her in disbelief just now realizing that she didn't try to push him away for just now. She was trying to have him go forever. What on earth happened in the past few minutes? They had such a great day up to the moment when she had read this text. "I'm not leaving you", he stated confidently. "Then I'm leaving you! Now get out!", she yelled obviously not able to hold her tears back for much longer. "Taylor, I won't go! You're freaking out and I'm sorry to say it like that but you are overreacting right now", he tried to make her realize but she shook her head and pushed him closer to the door tears now streaming down her face. He wanted to stop her but she was so convinced that she wouldn't let him and if he would push her or hold her back, he was scared to hurt her.
