"Look who's back alive", Travis picked up the phone at noon when Taylor called after her night out. He had read the headline that she had been at this club for seven hours or something. "Barely", she answered hoarsely. "No FaceTime?", he asked jokingly. "I feel like shit", she just told him moaning in pain when his loud chuckle reached her. "I stopped drunk-texting you halfway through the night", she said. "Probably when you drunk-called me on FaceTime", he told her with a little grin. "Tay?", he asked after a few seconds of silence. "Fuck", she mumbled. "Baby, I don't mind your calls. But now that you know that I've already seen you, now FaceTime?", he asked again. Another groan later, she agreed. "Did I say anything too stupid?", she asked a little embarrassed.

Travis thought about not telling her but in the end, that wouldn't help anyone either. "Well... I think you were... lonely?", he tried to hint at what happened. "Trav, I can barely think... just tell me what I said, so I can apologize", she whined. "You don't need to apologize, Tay. But... I guess you got horny at some point during the night", he couldn't hold back a smirk. "Hm?", she wanted him to be more specific even though she already blushed embarrassed. "Let's say, your phone was shaking pretty hard and you definitely weren't holding it in both hands", he explained. "Oh god, no! You're joking!", she half-yelled with bright red cheeks before holding the phone away. "I am surprised you even found your own clit. You were pretty drunk", he continued chuckling about her whining. "Please tell me you just hung up", she said the phone still showing only the ceiling. "Oh, Tay", he chuckled. "Travis!", she still whined. "Are you crying?", he asked unsure about her current state. She picked her phone up and there were a few tears running. "Oh, baby. Don't cry! It's okay. Nothing to be embarrassed about", he told her. "I called you while I was masturbating, Travis", she just answered. "So what? We had sex before. It's not any different just because you were drunk. Also: Someone had to guide you through the bathroom and back to bed after", he explained. Taylor shook her head laughing helplessly and brushing her tears away. "I feel so... bad", she admitted just looking at him. "I promise, you don't have to. Did you have any food yet?", he asked with a soft smile.

"I ordered. Should be here soon. Trav, I have practice tomorrow", she said not sure how she was going to survive that. He couldn't hold back a little chuckle. "You'll get through. Just eat and drink enough and sleep if you can", he smiled. "Do you wanna talk until you're done eating? I'll switch to the couch then", he suggested. "Are you working?", she asked feeling worse for interrupting him now. "Now I don't", he shrugged. She hesitated. "Tay, I promise, I have enough time and I want to spend it with you. Even if you don't feel great right now. Actually, even more so", he assured her making her sigh. "You're too good for me", she mumbled making herself more comfortable. "I'm not. Can we agree on being just right for each other?", he winked. Taylor hesitated but had to smile more and more before agreeing. "Good. Now tell me, how was the party? The part you remember", he wanted to know. And so they stayed on the phone a little longer. Taylor's food arrived and they talked until she finished and went to nap again. Travis got back to work some more. He also decided to send her a little something and texted her security about a bouquet and some chocolate that would arrive soon.

Taylor woke up again a few hours later and soon found the flowers and chocolate - wrapped in blue paper with a white bow as always - in the kitchen.  A card from Travis was also part of the package. She smiled and immediately took the chocolate before texting him a big thank you. The sleep and food had helped a lot. She was doing much better already. It was still embarrassing to her that she had drunk-called him while masturbating. But he was the sweetest about it and that made it a lot better. Taylor decided to watch some trash TV and eat chocolate for the rest of the day. She even managed to answer some texts and emails on her phone before talking to Travis again during dinner and then ending the day early.

So, the first two chapters of my oneshot book are now online. I'll post there every now and then until I find a good ending for this story and then see if I can find a routine. See you there!
