"You're excited, hm?", Travis asked the next day when Taylor was already preparing for the wedding they'd visit at the Electric Lady Studios. "I am. You'll see it's the best location", she beamed. "Wanna celebrate your wedding there too?", he smiled at her making her blush. "I don't know... guess my future fiance would have a say in that", she almost whispered. Marriage had always been a complicated topic for her. "I'm gonna have a look", he whispered back and kissed her cheek. She seemed insecure, so he stayed behind her while she put on mascara. "We talked about this, didn't we?", he asked calmly. Taylor shrugged a little not willing to admit that she wasn't used to giving much weight to what her partner told her about marriage. "Remember in Italy?", he asked gently turning her around when she put her mascara down. "We said that after your Tour and when we had some time just for us to really know that we work without missing each other too...", he tried to hint at the conversation they had during the little weekend trip between concerts. Taylor still wasn't sure what to say. "We want to talk about it then but...", now Travis got a little insecure too. Didn't she want it anymore? "You said you wanted to marry me someday", he repeated what she had said back then.

"I meant that! I still mean it!", Taylor quickly said noticing that what Matty had told her had sounded a lot like what she had told Travis now. But she didn't want to hurt him that way. She honestly meant it. "Then why are we even that nervous now? I want that too", Travis chuckled a little making her smile again. "I love you, Tay. I know this isn't the easiest topic but I think we are on the same page", he reassured her again. "I think so too, Trav. It's just... It isn't easy you're right but I love you. Maybe I just need to hear this a couple of times to... believe in it", she admitted. "You know that's not your fault", Taylor quickly added. He nodded and kissed her. "But today we watch someone else get married, hm?", he smiled. "Yeah. And I get to show you the Electic Lady", Taylor agreed. "You know that place like your own home, don't you?", he wanted to know. "I do. It's... special. You'll see", she agreed again before finally getting ready.

On their way to the location, Travis Hand rested on her thigh. Taylor put her hand on top of his happy that he could come today. His touch felt warm, reassuring. He held her hand on the way in and immediately felt what she had meant when the doors closed behind them. The studio had a special feeling to it. The yellow lights and old pictures on the walls. It was a little like time went by slower in here. "Back there is where we usually are", she pointed at a door that was closed today. "You have to show me one day", he said while they followed the other guests into another room.

The reception had happened somewhere else. They were just here for a small celebration with food and drinks. Taylor and Travis mingled with the other guests and of course, congratulated the bride and groom. "Great mustache by the way", one of the other guests joked somewhere in between. Travis chuckled knowing that people had different opinions about his facial hair but he didn't really care. Taylor found it cute. "Don't you think he looks a little like the next mafia boss", the other one joked making them all laugh. "At least I know he can protect me", Taylor chuckled leaning against his side more so he squeezed her for a moment. "Here you are", the partner of the other one appeared so that Tayor and Travis were left alone for a moment then. "Could my mafia boss bring me out for a second?", Taylor asked him. "Out?", he asked confused. "It's a little loud. Just for a minute", she explained. Travis immediately agreed a little worried and guided her out of the main party room. Taylor then pulled him into the room she usually worked in when she was here.

"Are you okay?", he asked as soon as they were alone. "Yeah. I sometimes just need a moment when it's that loud. But now that we're here. Look around", she smiled. Travis did as she said and took in the room. "I'm surprised it wasn't locked", he noted. "The lock is a little tricky", Taylor shrugged and sat down on the little couch. Travis sat down with her and pulled her close. "D'you wanna go home?", he suggested still a little concerned. "No, it's fine. It's just a stressful week and I wanna take some small breaks so I don't go insane in two days", she shrugged leaning against his side. He nodded silently. "You mean one of these shutdowns or breakdowns?", he asked not happy with her calling herself insane. Now Taylor just nodded. "But these breaks are enough?", he wanted to make sure. "They usually are. You really don't need to be worried. Just be as patient as always", she smiled at him. He smiled back and kissed her softly. "Hug?", he asked making her chuckle but cuddle into his arms and close her eyes for a moment. They stayed like that for a bit but headed back to the party soon.
