Mo Shuyu noticed that she was getting tired, so she had to be more careful.

Meanwhile, Lin Ran put on two pairs of disposable gloves, taping the openings to her skin. She then applied body wash all over herself and rinsed off repeatedly until the bloodstains and odor were gone.

After drying herself with a fresh towel, she changed into clean clothes: a plain white T-shirt and denim shorts similar to Mo Shuyu's. She removed the shower cap, combed her hair, and took off the gloves before leaving the bathroom.

"Are your hands okay?" Mo Shuyu asked, glancing at Lin Ran's hands and then at her legs. Lin Ran was slightly taller than her, with long legs peeking out from under the T-shirt. Mo Shuyu blushed.

"They're fine, completely dry," Lin Ran said, sitting on the sofa next to Mo Shuyu.

Mo Shuyu brought over the medical kit. "Give me your hands; I'll change your bandages. It might hurt a bit."

"Alright, go ahead," Lin Ran obediently extended her hands.

Mo Shuyu carefully unwrapped the bandage on Lin Ran's right hand. Since Lin Ran hadn't rested and had used her sword, the wound hadn't healed well, with the gauze sticking to her skin.

Mo Shuyu soaked the gauze with iodine to avoid pulling at Lin Ran's skin, gently removing it. She frowned slightly and said, "You need to be careful these days. Avoid using your hands. If it gets worse, it might get infected. Do you have any antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs at home?"

Lin Ran nodded. "Yes, I have those and even glucose, saline, and infusion tools."

Mo Shuyu sighed in relief. "I'll change your bandages today. If it doesn't improve by tomorrow, we might need to give you an IV."

"Alright, I'll follow your instructions," Lin Ran agreed.

"I'll clean your wound with iodine. Bear with it," Mo Shuyu said, using a cotton swab dipped in iodine to clean the wound before reapplying wet gauze and wrapping it with fresh bandages.

After finishing with the right hand, Mo Shuyu treated the left hand the same way.

While packing up the medical kit, Mo Shuyu asked, "What medicines do you have? Let me see."

Instead of opening her room door, Lin Ran retrieved an emergency medical kit from her storage space, filled with various common medicines.

Mo Shuyu wasn't surprised by the sudden appearance of the kit. She opened it and found that Lin Ran had more medicines than she did, even including injectable antibiotics.

Mo Shuyu took out two types of anti-inflammatory drugs and a bottle of antipyretic medication, instructing, "Be very careful with your wounds. Take the anti-inflammatory drugs on time. If you get a fever, take the antipyretic immediately and come find me. It's dangerous otherwise, understand?"

Lin Ran nodded. "Got it."

Mo Shuyu placed the three bottles on the coffee table, her task complete. She looked at Lin Ran to see if there was anything else.

Lin Ran remembered she still had stitches in her wisdom tooth wound. "By the way, I had a wisdom tooth extracted a few days ago. Can you help me remove the stitches? My hands aren't very convenient right now."

"Sure, lift your head," Mo Shuyu said, sterilizing scissors with alcohol before bending over in front of Lin Ran. "Open your mouth."

Lin Ran obediently opened her mouth. She and Mo Shuyu were so close that she could feel Mo Shuyu's breath.

Mo Shuyu gently held Lin Ran's chin, pushing it up slightly, and inserted the scissors to cut the stitches. She then used sterilized tweezers to carefully remove the stitches one by one.
