Mo Shuyu didn't dwell on the faucet and quickly followed the girls.

The corridor seemed endlessly long, like a giant beast swallowing people whole. The flickering lights, combined with the girls' whispers and laughter, made it even more eerie.

Mo Shuyu gripped the frying pan tightly, adjusting her breathing. Each time the girls tried something, the Buddhist symbol on the pan would glow, causing a burning sensation on their backs.

"New girl, can you keep your distance? What's with that pan?" one girl finally couldn't bear it and asked.

Mo Shuyu didn't slow down. The space felt isolated, and if she lost them, she might end up in even more danger.

"It's just a frying pan. How far to Class 14?" Mo Shuyu asked, her voice calm despite her anxiety.

"Haha, want to go back to class? That depends on your abilities." The girl with the high ponytail turned, her face morphing into a flayed monster's visage. Though she feared the frying pan, she only glared at Mo Shuyu without acting.

Mo Shuyu, seeing the endless corridor and suspecting the girls were tricking her, decided to take action. She swung the frying pan at the high ponytailed girl's bloodied face.

When the Buddhist symbol on the frying pan touched the girl's face, it emitted golden light, accompanied by the smell of burning rotten flesh and the girl's desperate screams. "Ah! Get that thing away from me!"

Mo Shuyu removed the frying pan, cautiously watching the girls. "Are you leading me in circles? I suggest you take me back to class quickly, or my frying pan won't show mercy."

The short-haired girl bared her teeth menacingly at Mo Shuyu but eventually supported the high ponytailed girl, the group not daring to approach.

"Hmph, do you really want to go back to class? Do you think Class 14 is a good place?" The short-haired girl continued sarcastically, "Since you want to go so badly, we'll take you there."

As soon as she finished speaking, the dim corridor seemed to light up, and Mo Shuyu could see, about ten meters away, a sign reading "Grade 3 (Class 14)."

"Hahaha, we've arrived. New girl, you'd better get to class quickly." The voices of the girls gradually faded, and their figures disappeared as if they had never been there.

Mo Shuyu walked towards the door of Class 14. Through the old wooden door, she could faintly hear someone teaching a math lesson inside.

She gently knocked on the door. The students in the class, along with Mr. Liu, all turned their heads towards the door in unison.

Liu Dajiang had a somewhat playful look on his face. No one moved to open the door, yet it creaked open on its own.

Mo Shuyu felt every hair on her body stand up as unknown entities inside stared at her. However, seeing Lin Ran allowed her to breathe a sigh of relief.

Lin Ran, noticing Mo Shuyu's arrival, grabbed a book from the desk and threw it at Liu Dajiang. "What are you doing? Let her in quickly."

Liu Dajiang was startled by the book Lin Ran threw. Despite the distance, she hit her target precisely, the textbook striking his chest.

Having been a ghost for so long, it was the first time Liu Dajiang felt so humiliated. "Lin Ran, don't push your luck!"

Lin Ran's lips curved slightly. "Cut the crap and let her in."

"No way. Latecomers must be punished. New student Mo, right? Your punishment will be..."

Before he could finish, Lin Ran stood up with her katana. "Teacher, you talk too much."
