Mo Shuyu hugged Ruan Ruan, rubbing her gently. Seeing her daughter so happy, she didn't say much more. If Ruan Ruan liked calling Lin Ran 'Mommy', so be it. After all, she and Lin Ran were serious about each other, and there was nothing wrong with Ruan Ruan calling her Mommy.

"Are you tired? Should I take you to your bed for a nap?" Mo Shuyu asked, taking Ruan Ruan into her arms.

"I want to sleep with you two." The little girl looked at Mo Shuyu with bright, pleading eyes.

Mo Shuyu kissed her daughter's cheek and smiled, "Alright, you can play with your mommy first, and I'll go get your pillow and blanket."

"Okay!" Ruan Ruan waved excitedly at Lin Ran, thrilled at the prospect of sleeping with her mommy and mama.

Mo Shuyu informed Cheng Yanhong in the kitchen, "Mom, Ruan Ruan will nap with us later."

"It won't bother you two, will it?" Cheng Yanhong asked with a smile.

Mo Shuyu's ears turned slightly red. "It won't. She'll sleep with you at night."

Then, she hurried to the bedroom to get Ruan Ruan's pillow and blanket. While Mo Shuyu prepared the bed, Lin Ran had already carried the little girl to the master bedroom.

Lin Ran placed her on the bed. Ruan Ruan quickly took off her shoes and crawled to her little blanket.

Ruan Ruan smiled at Lin Ran and obediently lay down, covering herself with the blanket. "Mommy, look at me."

"Good job, our baby is so great." Lin Ran chuckled, shaking her head at the sight of the little one lying in the middle of the bed.

Since Lin Ran's back was still uncomfortable, she could only lie down next to the little one. Mo Shuyu lay on the right side of Ruan Ruan, accompanying her.

Every night, Ruan Ruan had to hear a bedtime story before sleeping. Mo Shuyu, quite familiar with the routine, picked up a storybook and started reading.

Her voice was gentle as she read, and the little girl became sleepy halfway through. Lin Ran, too, dozed off in that position.

Mo Shuyu glanced at the two sleeping soundly beside her and smiled, shaking her head.

When Lin Ran woke up, it was already 4 PM. She opened her eyes to see Ruan Ruan staring at her with wide eyes.

Lin Ran reached out to squeeze the little girl’s small hand, smiling, "When did you wake up?"

"Just now. Mommy hug." The little one snuggled closer to Lin Ran, asking for a hug.

Lin Ran sat up, feeling much better, her back no longer burning with pain.

She picked up Ruan Ruan, making her laugh as she jiggled her.

The noise woke Mo Shuyu. She opened her eyes to see Lin Ran playing with her daughter and sat up, supporting herself.

Lin Ran took Ruan Ruan to the bathroom to wash her face before letting her play on the floor. The little one, excited about having a mommy, ran to the living room to play with Wei Qingshu.

At around 6 PM, they had dinner. Lin Ran's family was the only one in the neighborhood with electricity, which was quite a luxury but also very comfortable.

In the evening, Cheng Yanhong Ruan Ruan back to the second bedroom, leaving Lin Ran and Mo Shuyu in the master bedroom.

Lin Ran lay on the bed, looking at Mo Shuyu and reaching out to hold her wrist.
