Quotes- some people prefer scars over others. Maybe because those scars have stayed longer than those said people.
3rd person POV.
A groan escaped Aurora's lips as the sunlight poured through the window. A mind splitting headache had already formed and the sunshine wasn't really helpful much.
Another groan and she say upright. Her hand tightly massaging her temples, eyes shut in pure agony. 'How the fuck did this happen?'
She thought to herself. They didn't eat last night let alone have alcohol, yet it feels as if she is waking up from a massive hangover. Her mood went from sour to angry in a matter of seconds.
Opening her eyes she looked for her friends. Amelia was sleeping beside her, Aaron sprawled on the floor. She first softly shook Amelia to wake her. The later woman grunted in acknowledgement but didn't bother opening her eyes.
Aurora wondered if it was just her who was drugged or it was someone else too. "Leah, sweetheart. Open your eyes. Wake up.", she said softly, stroking her hair as if a mother would.
Amelia fluttered open her eyes, the sun glaring down at her through the window. "Let me rest a bit", she said burrowing her face in the pillow. A chuckle escaped Aurora's mouth at that but soon it turned into a whince as her migraine came back.
Hearing that Amelia sat upright but soon regretted it as she had a slight migraine of her too. "What the hell?", she asked aloud, throat parched and brain splitting in half.
"Migraine?"
"Yeah...you too?", she asked confused.
She nodded. "How...? At the same time?"
"I thought the same too. I mean...you don't drink and neither did I and Aaron last night.", both of them were confused.
Aurora took a pen from the nearby table and threw it at Aaron, he got up with a start, eyes wide as it was aimed directly at his forehead.
"Headshot.", she gave him a massive evil grin, in return of which he just gave her a vulgur gesture.
"People like you have special place in hell.", he said rubbing his forehead.
She rolled her eyes, "stop quoting Chandler all the time."
"Whattt....that guy's amazing okay.", he got up but quickly held the wall as his vision became blurry. "Whoaaa....what in the Satan's colourful hell?", a snort escaped Amelia at his dramatic mood.
"Headache?", he shook his head. Okay...that confused them more. "You don't have a headache? Not even a bit?", again the shake of head. "Then what?"
"Just blurry vision. Why? You both have headaches?", he asked concern. He went towards them, pressing a hand on their head to check their temperature.
"No fever. No high temperature. Open your mouth....yeah the tongue looks normal.....eyes....not red...okay yeah fine. I can't find what's wrong.", he muttered to himself. As a son of two well known doctors, he has enough knowledge to check if someone was ill or not. And looking at them he was certain that they were fine. Then headache?
Then all of a sudden Aurora's eyes went to a magazine on the end of the bed, it was in her hand last night. She picked it up only to throw it away. It was covered in something white and sticky. It took her less than a minute to figure out what was it.
Her eyes narrowed in na deadly glare she looked at Aaron. "You jerked off??? Last night?? In this room? Where we were present? You sick-"
"Whoaa wait a damn minute. I did no such thing. I don't do that, I have Coco and secondly even if I did, it wouldn't be in the same room where you guys were sleeping. What kind of sick pervert do you take me for? Amelia, you trust me right?", he looked at her and she knew that he would never do something like that.
