Morning Cuddles
It was a lazy Saturday morning, the kind where the world seemed to move a little slower, as if it too was enjoying the calm. Ant and Dec had just stirred from their peaceful sleep, the soft glow of morning sunlight creeping through the curtains, casting a warm, golden hue across the room. The air was still cool from the night, but the promise of a lazy day was already in the air, wrapping them both in a sense of comfort.
Ant stretched, his arms reaching above his head, a soft groan escaping his lips as he slowly became aware of the world outside their warm cocoon of blankets. He glanced over at the clock, noting the unusually late hour for them, but it didn't matter. Not today.
Beside him, Dec let out a contented sigh, still nestled against the pillow with his eyes closed, clearly not yet ready to leave the realm of dreams. But as the quiet of the room wrapped around them, Dec shifted closer to Ant, a soft smile tugging at his lips. He nuzzled into the crook of Ant's neck, his breath warm against the skin, making Ant's heart flutter in a way it always did when Dec was this close.
"Good morning, my darling," Dec whispered, his voice low and playful, his lips brushing against Ant's skin as he spoke. His eyes fluttered open just enough to meet Ant's gaze, the twinkle of affection and mischief sparkling there.
Ant chuckled softly, a sound that seemed to resonate in the stillness of the morning. He reached up, his fingers gently tousling Dec's hair before planting a soft kiss on the top of his head. "You make waking up this early worth it," Ant murmured, his words warm and full of adoration.
They lay there for a few moments longer, tangled in the sheets, their bodies pressed close together, hearts beating in sync. The world outside their little bubble felt miles away as they shared this quiet, intimate moment. Ant ran his hand down Dec's back, a gentle touch that spoke volumes more than words could. Dec responded with a soft sigh, nestling even closer, their legs intertwining beneath the covers.
The sunlight continued to pour in, casting long, lazy shadows across the room, but the two of them stayed there, in their little world of comfort and warmth. It was just the two of them, nothing else mattered. For a moment, everything was perfect.
Playful Flirting at Breakfast
At breakfast, the kitchen was filled with the warm scent of pancakes sizzling on the griddle. Ant was focused on flipping the pancakes, his brow furrowed in concentration as he made sure they were golden and perfect. The soft hum of the morning was accompanied by the quiet clink of spatulas and the gentle sizzle of batter hitting the hot surface.
Dec, leaning casually against the kitchen counter, watched with fondness before he slowly made his way over to Ant. Without a word, he slipped his arms around Ant's waist, pulling him close. Ant let out a quiet chuckle as Dec's chin rested on his shoulder, the soft warmth of his breath tickling Ant's ear.
"You always know how to make the best pancakes," Dec murmured, his voice hushed with affection. There was a tenderness in the way he said it, a simple statement that held so much more-admiration, gratitude, and love.
Ant smirked, feeling the familiar flutter of warmth in his chest. He tilted his head slightly, just enough to catch Dec's lips in a quick, playful peck. "I do have my talents," he teased, his voice light with amusement, but the affection in his eyes made it clear how much he appreciated Dec's presence.
Dec chuckled, the sound deep and genuine. His fingers gently brushed against Ant's side before he leaned in again, this time pressing a soft kiss to the side of Ant's cheek. "I'll never get tired of you, you know that?" His words were quiet but sincere, and there was a softness in his voice that made Ant's heart skip a beat.
