It had been a long week of filming, and Ant and Dec were feeling the weight of their busy schedules. Despite their hectic days, they couldn't shake the feeling that they hadn't shown Stephen just how much they appreciated him. Sure, they'd shared laughs and moments of warmth, but they had an inkling they hadn't fully conveyed their love and care for him recently. They knew Stephen wasn't one to demand much, but he deserved more than just the casual gestures of friendship. They needed to show him how truly loved he was.

One evening, after a long day of filming, Ant and Dec decided it was time to step it up. They had planned a quiet night in, just the three of them. They invited Stephen into the living room, where a soft fire crackled in the corner. It was warm, cosy, and they had his favourite meal waiting-one they knew he loved, but also one that was easy for them to serve him.

As Stephen sat down on the couch, Ant and Dec didn't waste any time. Ant, with his usual warm smile, was the first to speak.

"Come on, little one, we've got something special for you tonight," he said, his voice dripping with affection. The pet name was one Stephen had come to love, even if he was still a little embarrassed by it sometimes.

Stephen smiled softly, looking up at them. "You didn't have to do all this," he replied, but his voice was tinged with warmth. He was glad to be included, as always, but the over-the-top affection felt a little... much. He sank back into the cushions, letting Ant and Dec fuss over him.

Dec was already at the table, cutting up Stephen's food into tiny, bite-sized pieces. He looked at Stephen with a playful grin. "We know we don't always show it, mate, but we love you. You're family. And tonight, we're doing this right. Just relax."

Stephen blinked, a little taken aback. "I can feed myself, you know," he muttered, but the words felt less certain than he wanted them to be.

Dec held up the fork, waiting for Stephen to take a bite. "Let us do it for you. It's our way of showing we care, yeah?" His voice was gentle, not demanding, but firm in its affection.

Stephen hesitated, a small, confused smile tugging at his lips. It felt a little strange to let them feed him, like he was being treated like a child. But there was something comforting about it, too. He glanced between Ant and Dec, their eyes soft with love, and gave in, allowing Dec to feed him the first bite.

As Dec carefully cut the next piece of food, Ant leaned in closer, rubbing Stephen's back affectionately. "You're so precious to us, you know that?" he said, pressing a soft kiss to Stephen's temple. "We just want to take care of you."

Stephen felt the weight of their affection, but the longer it went on, the more it felt overwhelming. He started to question it. "But I'm not... I'm not a baby," he said, his voice unsteady, trying to push back the odd feeling that was rising in his chest.

Ant's response was immediate. "Of course you're not. You're our brother," he said, his words full of warmth. "But you deserve to be treated with all the love and care in the world. We want to spoil you sometimes, Stephen. You're worth it. Always have been."

Stephen sat there, a little uncertain, as Dec continued to feed him, each bite punctuated by little, sweet reassurances. "We love you so much, little one. You mean everything to us." He glanced at Ant, who nodded, his expression tender.

"But..." Stephen started, feeling a little embarrassed. "You really don't have to do all this for me."

Ant and Dec exchanged a knowing glance. "We do," Ant said softly, leaning closer and pulling Stephen into a gentle embrace. "You make us better, Stephen. You make us feel things we didn't know we needed to feel. And we're just showing you how much we love you."

Stephen's heart softened at their words, even as he tried to push away the doubts swirling in his mind. He wasn't used to being treated this way, with such constant affection. But the more they spoke, the more he realised how much he truly craved it. They were right-he was family to them. They weren't doing it because they had to. They were doing it because they wanted to.

With a sigh, Stephen leaned into Ant and Dec, letting their warmth surround him. "Okay, I get it," he whispered. "I guess... I guess I do love it. When you take care of me like this."

"That's our boy," Dec said, ruffling his hair affectionately. "You're so loved, Stephen. Never forget that."

As the night wore on, the three of them curled up together, Stephen between Ant and Dec, their arms wrapped around him like a protective cocoon. Ant pressed a gentle kiss to Stephen's cheek, whispering, "You're our precious one. We're never letting you go."

Stephen melted into the embrace, a small smile tugging at his lips. Despite the overwhelming affection, despite feeling a little embarrassed, he knew deep down that this was exactly where he was meant to be. With them, he was home. Loved, cherished, and never alone.

"Love you, lads," he murmured, his voice soft but filled with meaning.

"We love you, too, baby boy," Dec replied, his voice full of affection.

Ant kissed the top of Stephen's head. "Always, little one. Always."
