It was another busy day at work when Dec strolled in with a playful glint in his eye. His steps were light, and there was an unmistakable teasing smirk tugging at the corner of his lips as he greeted Ant. He didn't waste any time. The moment Ant looked up, Dec was there, pulling him close by his waist, his hands warm on Ant's body as he planted a quick, soft kiss on his cheek before whispering in his ear, "You're doing great, baby boy."

Ant blinked in surprise, his heart skipping a beat, but the warmth of Dec's affection soothed any confusion. "What's with you today?" he asked, his voice tinged with both curiosity and amusement, the small smile on his lips betraying his intrigue.

Dec simply gave him an exaggerated shrug, his eyes twinkling with innocence. His hand stayed firmly on Ant's back as he leaned in, nuzzling his neck with a softness that made Ant's breath catch. "Just wanted to remind you how much you mean to me," he said quietly, pressing another gentle kiss to the side of Ant's neck, his lips lingering for a moment. "You've been working too hard, love."

Ant flushed, his heart fluttering in his chest as Dec's tender words washed over him. He chuckled lightly, trying to keep his composure despite the warmth spreading through him. "Dec," he protested half-heartedly, his voice teasing but filled with affection, "what's gotten into you today?"

Dec paused for a moment, his mischievous smile widening as he met Ant's eyes. "Nothing," he replied, his voice playful yet sincere. "Just... want to make sure you know you're appreciated." He gave Ant's shoulders a gentle squeeze, his hands warm and reassuring. "You work too hard, and you deserve to feel loved for it."

Ant tried to hide the smile that crept onto his face, but it was impossible. The attention, though teasing, felt so good. So right. His heart fluttered every time Dec kissed him, or pulled him close, and though questions swirled in his mind, he didn't push them away. He simply let himself enjoy it, basking in Dec's affection.

By the time they got home after work, Ant was more than ready to collapse on the couch. But Dec had other plans. He ushered Ant inside first, helping him out of his jacket before leading him into the living room. With a soft smile, he gently guided Ant down onto the sofa, his hands tender as he adjusted the cushions behind him. "Just relax, love," Dec murmured, his voice filled with quiet care as he draped an extra-large blanket over them both, tucking it in around Ant's shoulders and legs. He nestled close, his arm wrapping around Ant's waist as if to pull him even closer under the comforting warmth.

Ant let out a content sigh, his body instantly relaxing under Dec's touch. He closed his eyes for a moment, savouring the peace of the moment. Dec disappeared into the kitchen, but when he returned, he had a warm drink in hand, holding it out for Ant with a soft smile. "Here you go, sweetheart," Dec said, his voice low and affectionate as he passed it over, leaning in to kiss Ant's cheek once more. The kiss was so light, so tender, that it felt like a promise, a reminder of just how loved he was.

Ant raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued once again. "You're really in a mood today, huh?" he asked, his tone teasing, but there was something deeper in his voice-a softness that reflected how much he was enjoying this unexpected display of affection.

Dec chuckled softly, settling down beside Ant and pulling his legs gently over his lap. "You just make me want to love on you more today," he said, his hands resting on Ant's legs as he kissed Ant's forehead, his lips lingering for a moment. "You deserve to be spoiled, baby. You choose the movie, and I'll take care of the rest."

Ant shook his head in disbelief, a grin spreading across his face as he accepted the remote, feeling that familiar flutter in his chest. As he sifted through the movie options, Dec's hands began to work their magic, massaging his feet with a slow, soothing pressure. The gentle touch sent a wave of warmth through Ant's body, and he let out a soft moan of relaxation, sinking deeper into the sofa.

"Dec, this is... unnecessary," Ant chuckled, but even as he spoke, he couldn't stop himself from leaning into the comfort, his body melting under Dec's attention. His feet were tired from a long day, and Dec's touch was a welcome relief.

"I know," Dec replied with a playful smile, his voice soft and loving. "But you deserve it. You work so hard, love, and I just want to show you how much I appreciate everything you do."

Ant let out a contented sigh, the affection in Dec's touch sending ripples of warmth through him. He couldn't help but let go of his reservations, sinking into the tender care Dec was offering him. Every soft kiss to his feet, every gentle stroke of his hands, made him feel cherished in a way he hadn't realized he needed.

After dinner, Dec took his time with the foot massage, moving slowly, his lips pressing delicate kisses along Ant's feet, travelling up his ankles, and then to his shins. He returned to Ant's feet again, the slow rhythm making Ant laugh softly, his heart full of warmth.

"Dec, seriously," Ant laughed, his voice a mix of disbelief and affection, "why are you doing this?"

But Dec simply pulled Ant closer, kissing his cheek with the softest tenderness before kissing his neck again. "Because I love you," he murmured, his voice low and earnest. "I just want you to feel cherished. And I know you don't always realise how much you deserve it."

Ant blinked, his chest tightening with emotion at the sincerity in Dec's voice. His confusion gave way to affection, and he couldn't remember the last time he felt so loved, so safe. The weight of Dec's words settled in, filling him with a warmth that made his heart swell.

Dec's voice dropped to a whisper. "I want you to know that you're my everything, Ant. My best friend, my brother. And you deserve all the love in the world." He kissed Ant again-this time on the cheek, on the neck, his lips gentle and sweet, as though he were showering him with care. The feeling of being so thoroughly loved and cherished wrapped around Ant like a comforting blanket.

Ant finally leaned into Dec's embrace, letting the warmth of the moment wash over him. His body relaxed against Dec's, and he let himself be fully immersed in the love his best friend was pouring into him. "You're nuts," he muttered with a soft laugh, the sound filled with affection.

Dec grinned, pressing one final kiss to Ant's cheek. "I know, but it's only because I love you. Now, just let me spoil you for once. You deserve it, little one."

Ant smiled, his heart full, sinking deeper into Dec's arms as the warmth of their bond wrapped around him like a cocoon. The world outside faded away, leaving only the peace of knowing he was loved, cherished, and cared for-completely, deeply, and without question.
