Ant and Dec were in the middle of yet another playful but intense argument. This time, it was about who loved Stephen more. Both of them were determined to prove that their love for him was greater than the other's. They stood in the living room of their shared apartment, their hands gesturing wildly as they spoke, trying to outdo each other with examples of their affection for their boyfriend.

"I mean, I make sure he gets the best of everything! Remember that time I brought him breakfast in bed, with extra pancakes? And I didn't even complain when he made me cut all the fruit into cute little shapes," Ant argued, crossing his arms smugly. "That was love right there."

Dec shook his head with a teasing smirk. "Oh, really? Well, let me remind you of the time I stayed up all night just to watch his favourite childhood movie with him, even though I had a big day of filming the next morning. Who's the one who lets him fall asleep on their chest while they rub his back until he's out cold? That's love."

Ant scoffed, throwing his hands up. "You don't even like that movie!"

"But I love him," Dec countered with a wink. "There's a difference, mate."

The argument continued, both of them listing off moments of kindness, affection, and little gestures to prove they were the one who loved Stephen more. But just as their voices were beginning to rise in a good-natured but competitive way, the door to the living room opened, and in walked Stephen.

He didn't say a word. He didn't need to.

Without a second thought, he walked straight over to the two of them, gave each of them a quick kiss on the lips, and then turned to leave. "Love you both," he said over his shoulder with a smile.

The kiss was brief, but it was enough to stop the argument cold. Ant and Dec both stared at each other in shock, their words hanging in the air like a forgotten thought.

"What just happened?" Ant asked, blinking in surprise.

"I... I think he just kissed us and left," Dec murmured, his eyes wide.

"Did he just... leave?" Ant repeated, still processing.

Without another word, the two of them bolted from the room, racing down the hallway toward their bedroom. The door was slightly ajar, and through the crack, they could see Stephen lounging in bed, casually scrolling through his phone, completely unfazed by the commotion they'd just caused.

In one swift motion, both Ant and Dec jumped onto the bed at the same time, snuggling up to Stephen like a pair of overgrown puppies. Ant draped his arm over Stephen's chest, while Dec nestled against his side, both of them peppering kisses along his cheeks and neck.

Stephen chuckled softly, putting his phone aside. "Oh, so now you've come running after me, huh?" he teased, his voice laced with amusement.

"Well, you can't just kiss us both and then leave without consequences," Dec replied, his lips brushing against Stephen's neck as he spoke.

"We're both a little offended, babe," Ant added, smiling playfully. "Think you can just get away with that?"

Stephen rolled his eyes but pulled them both closer, wrapping his arms around them. "You two are ridiculous," he said, shaking his head fondly. "You're arguing over who loves me more, when the truth is, it doesn't matter. I love both of you equally. I'm happy with both of you."

The two of them paused, staring at him for a moment, their expressions softening. They melted into his embrace, not needing more words. Stephen kissed each of them softly, one on the forehead and the other on the cheek, before he pulled them both in tight.

"I love you both so much," Stephen whispered, his voice full of sincerity. "And it's not about who loves who more. What matters is that we're all happy together."

Ant and Dec both relaxed, their previous argument forgotten as they nestled against him, their bodies curled into the warmth of Stephen's embrace. The rest of the evening was spent in peaceful tranquillity, the three of them just enjoying each other's company. They made idle conversation about everything and nothing, the air thick with affection and the soft laughter that filled their cosy room.

The world outside seemed distant and irrelevant in that moment. All that mattered was the love they shared, and in that space, they were exactly where they needed to be: together.
