ex high school sweethearts! Andy & Y/n

💛

WARNING: mentions of abuse, being scared, calling someone for help. ANGST, threats.

I tried not to go too crazy with the angst. But I know a few of you have been asking me for angst and for some reason I wrote this *novel* in two hours. From start to finish, and lo and behold another Andy imagine was born 🤍✨

September...

"Bye girls!" Walking up the steps to your house, Marie and the rest of your friends wave bye to you.

All of them are a little tipsy, sticking their heads out the window of Marie's brother's car, "See you guys for brunch on Monday!"

"Byeee Y/n! Love youuuu!"

They all say not at the same time, kind of a jumble of words getting clumped together as Marie's brother stepped on the breaks to make sure you got in the house safely.

Giggling happily, you hold tight to your clutch in your hand, although you weren't that tipsy like the other girls, Marie's brother still insisted he'd go and pick you guys up.

Years ago you saw him as Marie's 5 year old brother. Knowing Marie since you were just a young 4th grader.

You guys have remained friends all throughout highschool, college and adult life. She was a bridesmaid at your wedding, even though the morning of that wedding she was begging you to not go through it.

She's never liked your husband.

But back then you were stubborn, after all Marie wasn't marrying him. You were. So what did it matter? You love him for him.

Opening the door they drive off carefully, a car full of rowdy, tipsy girls probably waking up your older neighbors in your fancy neighborhood. Chuckling you walk in, a happy smile on your face because you needed that girls night out.

"Oh hi honey," Joe startles you standing by the window, his fingers pressing down on the blinds to look out towards the street, "sorry I know it's late."

A cold stare over in your direction makes you shiver but you shake it off and take a step closer to him, he has that strong temper. When you met him you knew he was a hothead, but as easy as he got angry, he loved even harder.

"Who was the guy driving the car?"

"Miles."

You don't miss a beat in responding, because you know how he gets when you take a few seconds to answer.

He always says you're coming up with some lie.

"Miles?" Joe tilts his head, he's angry as his face comes out of the darkness in your guys' living room, the moonlight helping you see the side of his visage, "or some guy you met at the club?"

"Joe..." You try not to scoff, because that's ridiculous.

You know you're married to him, you know what being in a loyal relationship is.

Never would you go out clubbing to find a man to cheat on him with, you'd only go clubbing for a good time with your girlfriends.

"It was Miles, Marie's brother. He offered to come get us. I called you and you just transferred me money for an uber."

There wasn't any lie in that, your friends bought a cab to your house and from there you guys had all walked just the couple blocks it takes to get to the downtown, but because your friends were more drunk than you were it served no condition to walk back.
