Breathing deeply through your nose and out through your mouth, you focus on the instructor as your feet are pointed and are kicking through the air to work on your core.

The adorable puppies roam around the empty studio where multiple women had their yoga mats on the ground as they completed intense aerobic exercises.

The day was certainly a winter one in Boston today, but you wanted to stick to your New Year's resolution and take baby steps out of your comfort zone. Even though it was chilly outside, the windows were fogging up thanks to everyone's heavy breathing and sweaty bodies.

Your mouth is begging you for another gulp of water, but you just had to push through these last 30 seconds to call it a day and go home to debate whether or not you'll be back next class.

You went home last week and thought the same, but then your instructor texted everyone with the wonderful news that the following class would be a combination of puppy therapy and physical exercise.

You immediately reserved your spot.

Chris wanted to join you, but he felt kind nervous being in a room full of women and him being the only guy so now he was at home doing the debating of why he didn't come.

Two puppies appear at your side, a maltipoo and a golden doodle–not even 2 months out of the womb, they were so tiny. One licks your elbow and the other sniffs your hip bone and up your abdomen.

Since the class even started there's been a golden retriever puppy that has not left your side, not one second. She came up to sniff you, and decided you'd be a good place to take her nap.

Thankfully most of the exercises required you to lay down, so she wasn't bothered at all, and when the instructor did make you guys stand, you just kept laying down not wanting to interrupt this sweet little pea's nap.

"Wonderful!" Your instructor, Katie, speaks through her mic and claps it up. Encouraging you all with the great work completed today. Everyone claps as well, out of breath but at least your hands were still working.

Smiling tiredly, you move yourself to sit on your mat as the other girls did the same. "Let's do our cool down and that will be it for today, ladies."

The puppies haven't left your side, jumping on you the best they could to get your attention. At least 20 other puppies were roaming around the class as well, "Hi sweetie," you swoon over that dachshund, so small and so adorable.

Carefully running your hand over the maltipoo's head, they let you pet them. "I'm glad you guys enjoyed this class! We'll definitely have to do this again. Don't we?" Katie bends down to pet a puppy too that was just scratching at her sneakers.

The other two pups who were near you decided to explore this studio some more, and they take off, other puppies quickly passing by you for just a pet and then they were off too. Most of the girls were getting ready to go.

But you were finding it so hard to leave this free kind of therapy. Goldie, the puppy on you who was sleeping and the puppy you have named, was waking up. And stretching wide as she turned her head to look at you. Her eyes flop in the cutest way.
