"Oh my god, he completely missed that." Ari takes a sip of his beer and places it back on the night stand of your bedroom.

The glow of the TV illuminating his handsome face like a glowy highlighter, the different colors reflect on that rugged face.

You try to hold your laugh in as you go into your closet and grab another pajama set.

The football game is getting intense, and he rests his hand on his chest and his other one lifting his precious head.

He's been here countless times to feel like he's at home. And one day he never really left and moved in with you.

Not like you'd ever want him to leave. You love waking up next to him and falling asleep beside him after a day of fun and filled with laughs.

Your soft fairy lights behind your bed make Ari look so cute and aesthetic, "oh my god! What the hell was that. I can't watch this."

Setting up your phone in place, you hit record and take a step closer to him as you held your new pjs in your hand.

"Mm, baby?"

You know your voice won't be heard, not while he's watching the rerun of the play his team just made.

"What is it, sweetheart?" He says but doesn't look at you.

Swaying side to side on your feet, you try to ease the nerves because you've never done anything like this on him.

"Can you get out so I can change?"

You've never seen him whip his head so fast, "excuse me?"

Ari's handsome face goes completely serious, looking for any sign of lying in your face and he shoots up from your bed.

Taking two steps to get to you, "are you serious?"

"Yeah." You remain strong, curious for more of his reaction, "I just want to change into some new pajamas."

Ari stays quiet, unsure of what to do, but that playful glint in his eyes tell you he knows what you're doing, "you weren't saying that 30 minutes ago when your clothes were flying left and right."

Your cheeks heat up instantly, being reminded of how good your legs were shaking just under half an hour ago.

"So is that a yes or no? I really need to change." Keeping with the joke, Ari lifts you up and tosses you into your bed.

Laughs and giggles, alongwith light squeaks echo in your room and overlap with the football commentators on the television.

"I'm not fucking going anywhere, little lady."

"Little lady?" You can't suppress the laugh crawling up your throat, it comes out as a sound that may as well be music to Ari's ears.

You're so messing with him,

"I'll gladly change you, honey. You want these?" pulling down your pajama pants a little bit you giggle even louder as he snatches the ones you wanted to change into from your hand.

"Gotcha," you boop his nose and he falls on top of you, ditching the clothes in his hands and kissing every inch of your skin like the Prince Charming he is.
