So first time I've heard of this group (even if they debuted 2years ago 😅), so I had to be curious and listened to there song. And ther vibe is similar to ateez (might be because they're in the same agency). Anyway there songs are really good

So @ayuchixx21 thank you so much for your request. It was fun to do and you gave me the chance to discover new idols.

You have any group to suggest ? I'm in mood to discover new groups, Idk a lot of them actually.

1000 words.

Hunter woke to the quiet hum of the early morning, the soft light of dawn casting a pale glow over the dorm room. Something wasn't right. His entire body felt heavy—drenched in sweat, his sheets clinging to his skin like glue. His head throbbed violently with every heartbeat, and his throat was dry, raw.

He sat up slowly, breath shallow, and reached for the thermometer on his nightstand. 39.2°C. That number should have made him stop. It should have made him tell someone. But the thought of missing the MV shoot—missing the chance to prove himself, to not burden the others—overrode every rational voice in his head.

I can get through it, he told himself.

He downed a glass of water, splashed cold water on his face, and pulled on his outfit for the first scene. The thin layers did nothing to stop the cold he felt crawling over his overheated skin. His reflection in the mirror looked pale and sunken, but he ignored it.

The set was already buzzing when he arrived. Lights blinding, wind machines roaring, cameras being adjusted, choreographers shouting over music. He was greeted with the usual cheerful chaos, and for a moment, he felt like he could fake his way through the day.

They began filming under the overcast sky. Hunter's movements were tight, calculated—maybe too calculated. His limbs didn't flow the way they should. Each step jarred pain through his head, each jump made his vision sway. He missed a cue. Then another.

Junmin noticed first.

From across the stage, he saw Hunter stumble slightly during a spin, catching himself with an uncharacteristically awkward step. His face was flushed, but not from exertion. It was different—strained, like he was fighting to stay upright. Junmin narrowed his eyes, watching more carefully.

The breaks between takes were short, but during one, Junmin walked over and casually handed Hunter a bottle of water.

"You good?" he asked, trying to sound offhanded.

"Yeah," Hunter replied quickly, too quickly. "Just... tired."

Junmin didn't push, but something didn't sit right. He glanced at Minjae and tilted his head toward Hunter. "I'll keep an eye on him," he whispered. "Something's not right."

They returned to the shoot. Twenty minutes passed. The air was colder now, wind picking up. Hunter had stopped responding to small talk. He was barely blinking between takes, standing still like he was preserving every ounce of energy.

And then, it happened.

He swayed during a turn, missed the landing completely. For a split second, everything slowed. His eyes rolled back, and he collapsed.

Junmin darted forward, catching him just before his body hit the hard ground. Hunter's skin was burning. His breathing was shallow and erratic.

"Hunter!" Minjae rushed over, followed by staff and the other members. The director shouted for a medic. Chaos erupted.

"He's burning up...someone get water! Call an ambulance!" Junmin barked, his voice cracked with panic.

They laid him down gently, fanning his face, placing cold packs against his neck. A staff member measured his temperature. 41,6°C. Everyone froze.

"We need to get him to the hospital. Now."

They carried him into a van, Minjae sitting beside him, holding his limp hand. Hunter stirred slightly halfway through the drive, his eyes fluttering open for a moment.

"Where...?" he whispered, barely audible.

"You're okay, just rest," Minjae said softly, squeezing his hand.

But a moment later, Hunter's body tensed, his eyes closing again as he passed out once more, weaker than before.

The hospital was a blur of white lights and cold antiseptic air. The members waited outside the ER, pacing, hands clasped, too anxious to sit still.

"He didn't say anything. How long was he feeling sick?" Sumin asked, guilt heavy in his voice.

"No idea," Junmin said quietly. "But he shouldn't have pushed himself like that."

"None of us should've let him," Minjae added. "We were all so caught up in the schedule... we missed it."

An hour passed. Then two. A doctor finally came out, clipboard in hand.

"He's stable," she said. "Severe fever, heat exhaustion, and dehydration. We've got him on IV fluids, and his temperature is coming down. He'll need rest, but he's going to be okay."

The wave of relief that swept over the group was almost enough to knock them all down.

Hunter woke later that evening, the soft beeping of machines beside him and the quiet murmur of voices around him grounding him to reality. His throat was dry, but his fever had broken. His vision cleared slowly, revealing his members gathered around, exhausted but relieved.

"You scared the hell out of us, you idiot," Junmin said, trying to keep his tone light, but his eyes were red.

"Sorry..." Hunter croaked, voice barely above a whisper.

Minjae leaned forward. "You don't have to prove anything by pushing through pain. We're a team. You don't carry this alone."

Hunter blinked, emotion welling up in his chest. He looked away quickly, eyes stinging.

They didn't let him lift a finger after that. They took turns sitting by his bedside, bringing him food, water, even reading him comments from fans to cheer him up.

"You're going to rest," Minjae said firmly one night, arms crossed, standing over Hunter's bed like a sentinel. "That's not a suggestion."

And this time, Hunter didn't argue.

Because now he understood something clearly—xikers wasn't just a group. It was family.

And even when he tried to hide his struggle, they would always, always find him—and hold him up before he could fall.

Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoyed.
