I finished this requests on the 24th of April, and had to wait over a month to post it. Back then I loved it, so I hope you do to.
So I'm super happy to finally post it 😊😊.

@unknowunnie thanks for requesting again, this one was really super fun to do. Hope you like it.
1100 words.

The sun was shining, the grass was a little damp, and their laughter echoed across the field. It was supposed to be an easygoing EN-O'Clock episode—foot volleyball, playful competition, lots of laughter.

Sunghoon was chasing after a high ball, his focus razor-sharp for a second. He leapt to save it, toes skimming the edge of the court—and then he was down. His leg skidded across the grass, and he landed hard on his side.

"Whoa..hyung!" Ni-ki called out, half-laughing, jogging over.

"I'm okay," Sunghoon said immediately, already sitting up, brushing dirt off his arm.

Jungwon crouched beside him. "That looked like it hurt."

"It's nothing," Sunghoon said—but as he looked down, they saw a long cut just below his knee. A deep scrape, just enough to bleed, but nothing alarming. "Ugh, guess I'll have a scar."

Jay appeared with the first aid kit the staff had brought out. "It's not too bad. Let's clean it up."

Sunoo helped patch him up, pressing a thick bandaid over the cut. "Okay, stop being dramatic and come back when you're done being human."

They all laughed.

But ten minutes later, the laughter faded.

"Hyung..." Jungwon said carefully, pointing.

The blood had soaked through the bandaid. A thin line trailed down Sunghoon's shin, staining his sock. It didn't seem to be stopping.

Jay frowned. "Wait, that... shouldn't be happening."

Heeseung pulled the bandaid off carefully, and they all recoiled slightly. The cut hadn't widened, but blood was still welling from it—slow and steady.

"Why is it still bleeding?" Sunoo asked, the first hint of unease in his voice.

The manager, who had been watching from the sidelines, stepped in. "We're going to the hospital. Now."

The hospital waiting room smelled sterile, the kind of sharp-clean that made you feel like you were holding your breath.

Sunghoon sat in a plastic chair, leg outstretched, a towel wrapped around the cut now that multiple gauze pads had failed. Blood still soaked through. His face was paler than usual, and sweat beaded along his hairline.

"I feel kinda... dizzy," he murmured, closing his eyes.

Heeseung's knee bounced beside him. "They said they'd take us in soon, right?"

Jay stood at the desk, trying to stay calm. "Can we please get someone to look at him? He's still bleeding, and he's lightheaded."

The nurse gave a sympathetic look and nodded. "I've let them know. I'm sorry—it's a busy night, but we're getting a room ready."

Jungwon handed Sunghoon a bottle of water. "Here. Sip this."

Sunghoon did, but his hands were shaking now. "This doesn't feel right. I don't usually... I mean, I've had cuts before."

"Not like this," Ni-ki said quietly, kneeling beside him.

Finally, a nurse appeared. "Park Sunghoon?"

The team helped him up—he wobbled on his feet, eyes unfocused.

"Whoa, okay...okay," Heeseung caught his arm.

"Let's get him in," the nurse said gently, taking over.

Inside the Exam Room the nurse helped Sunghoon lie down, elevating his leg as she applied fresh pressure to the wound. The doctor came in a moment later, glancing at his chart, then at the towel stained deep red.

"Hi, Sunghoon. I'm Dr. Kim. I see you've had a bit of a stubborn bleed."

"Yeah," Sunghoon replied, voice soft. "It's just a cut."

The doctor's brow furrowed. "And it's been bleeding like this since the fall?"

He nodded.

"How's your head? Any dizziness? Lightheadedness?"

"Yeah... pretty dizzy. Cold, too."

The doctor nodded to the nurse. "Let's run a CBC and coagulation panel. And hook him up for fluids and a transfusion. His pressure's low."

"Transfusion?" Sunghoon asked weakly.

"Just a precaution. We need to stabilize you before we know more."

The IV was already going in. The coldness of the blood entering his vein made him shiver, but the nurse adjusted the blanket, gentle in her movements.

A few hours passed before the others were let in, but only two or three at a time. Jungwon and Jay came in first, quietly settling on the chairs beside the bed. The quiet beep of the monitors kept time. The nurse changed the dressing on his leg again. The bleeding had slowed, but hadn't stopped entirely.

"Still going?" Jay murmured.

Sunghoon managed a half-smile. "You'd think I fell on a sword or something."

Heeseung and Sunoo swapped in later. Ni-ki sat at the foot of the bed, frowning.

"You're always the one telling me to be careful," he said.

"Ironic, huh?" Sunghoon whispered.

Finally, the door opened again. Dr. Kim entered, clipboard in hand.

"I've got your blood test results," he said gently, looking between Sunghoon and the members.

He looked at the nurse and gave a quiet instruction: "Factor VIII infusion, please."

Then he turned to Sunghoon. "You have a condition called Hemophilia A. It means your blood lacks a protein—factor VIII—that helps it to clot. That's why your bleeding didn't stop today."

The room went still.

Sunghoon stared. "I... what? I've never had anything like this before."

"It's often genetic, but sometimes people don't find out until they get a significant cut or injury. Yours is mild to moderate—but today pushed it over the edge."

Jay leaned forward. "So what happens now? Is he... okay?"

The doctor nodded. "He's stable now, and we're treating the bleed. He'll need regular follow-up. In some cases, factor treatment is only needed during injury or surgery. But he'll have to be cautious—contact sports, high-impact stuff, that's more risky now."

Sunghoon leaned back against the pillows. "So this... is permanent."

"Yes," the doctor said. "But it's manageable. You'll learn how to take care of it."

Sunoo's eyes were glassy. "He'll need to be careful. But we're good at that."

Jungwon nodded firmly. "We'll help him figure it out."

The doctor smiled. "Support makes a huge difference."

As the factor treatment began to flow into his system, Sunghoon felt an odd calm settle over him. He wasn't quite sure what life looked like after today, but as he looked around the room—at his members, his brothers—he knew he wasn't facing it alone.
