Chapter 38: Asthma Attack

BRANDON'S POV

*One month later*

In the middle of the night, I shot up in bed, coughing violently.

"Brandon, are you okay?" I shook my head.

"911..asthma." I uttered out before falling out of the bed. The bed began to move as she picked up a phone and dialed 911. I heard her say a few words to the dispatcher before I pased out.

ALEX'S POV

"911, what is your emergency." I couldn't even make words I was crying so hard. "Ma'am, please calm down."

"I need paramedics right a-away. My hu-husband woke up with a-an asthma attack a-and he passed  out."

"Okay sweetie, give me your address and I'll send an ambulance over right away." I gave her the address as I walked out to grab a chair so I could sit next to Brandon. "Okay, please stay on the phone until the paramedics reach your address. Is the door unlocked?" I got up and unlocked the front door and told her it was. "Okay, is your husband still breathing?" I looked down and saw his chest moving up and down. I answered yes to that too. She asked me a couple of questions before the paramedics arrived.

"Okay, they're here." I said, hanging up and throwing the phone onto the bed. I moved the chair and walked out of the bedroom, guiding the paramedics. I moved out of the way while they got Brandon onto a stretcher and carried him out of the room. I followed them out of the apartment and down the stairs.

"Can I ride in the ambulance?" I asked and they nodded. I climbed in and got into the empty seat, watching them work on Brandon as the ambulance started to move. They inserted an IV and shoved a tube down his throat to keep him breathing. They quickly got to the hospital and rushed Brandon out. I made my way out and went up to the nurse at the reception desk.

"My husband Brandon Biersack just got brought in, am I allowed to see him?"

"They need to get him into a room and get him stable, a doctor will come out when you can see him." I nodded and walked over to one of the chairs and sat down. I rubbed my big belly and let tears roll down my cheeks. I pulled out my phone that I had remembered to put into my pocket, and decided to call Andy first. I called him about three times before he picked up.

"What is it?" He asked sleepily. I broke into sobs and couldn't control them, him and Brandon sounded so much alike. "Alex, what's wrong?" He asked, sounding a bit more awake and concerned.

"Just please come down to the hospital."

"Is everything all right with you and the baby?"

"Yeah, we're fine, i-it's Brandon."

"Fucking shit, I'll be right there." He said before hanging up. I called my parents multiple times before my dad picked up.

"Yes Alex?"

"Brandon's in the hospital, please come down here." I cried.

"Be right there baby girl." He said and hung up. I buried my face into my hands and violently sobbed until I felt a hand on my back and looked up to see Andy. I smiled but continued to cry, I always forget how much they look alike.

"Alex, what happened." Harley said, placing her hand on my knee and sitting in the seat next to me.

"It was just an asthma attack." I shrugged. "It just came on quicker and he passed out before the ambulance even got to our place."

"God." Andy sighed, his face in his hands. It wasn't long before my parents and Vic arrived. I got up and hugged all three of them, explaining what happened. I was talking when all of a sudden, a sharp pain rushed through my stoumach, causing me to fall out of the chair and onto my knees.
