Julian thought about Cat. She was amazing. Just as interesting as Jenny. More so, even. Jenny had never been that confident as a child. His only fear was the knowledge that something was broken inside Catherine, a wound that would never fully heal. But she had confided in him, and doing so had forged a bond he couldn't resist. He had a second chance at life. Maybe this time it would go right.

Alas, fate had other plans...

Talitha was not happy. Not happy at all.
"How dare you, Julian! You promised, you wouldn't get attached, not again! I cannot believe after all that happened, you haven't learnt your lesson! You have no place in that child's life, and doing so will ruin yours! I cannot loose you again!"
Julian inwardly sighed. Talitha cared about him in her own strange way. But she cared about the power they had together more.
"Forget about her, just stay with me, Julian."
Julian gave her a harsh look.
"Talitha, you do not own me, I do as I please."
"And so do I! If you see her again, I will kill her!"
This shocked Julian, seeing her almost mad with fury. But he knew, she was right. He couldn't risk it. Silently, he cursed himself for getting involved.

"Im sorry, kitten." He sent a silent apology, hoping she could forgive him. But Talitha was right, it was better if he didn't see her again.
