In the dark, Julian could see the determination expression set on her face.
"I am not afraid of you."
They walked through the door into twilight woods. Tall trees cast long shadows across the place, the sun low in the sky. "Well, this isn't completely creepy." Muttered Harry. Lindsay snorted. "Judging by the outfits, I think its probably pretty clear which story we're in"
Cat looked at herself and inwardly cringed. The cutesy costumes were getting old. Gently she tugged at the constricting corset. Well, she had to admit, it gave her a nice shape. Lindsay's didn't look much better, checked with a tight laced top. All in all, Valerian had the best deal, with a long, hooded coat. Even Harry hadn't got off lightly, sporting a fetching pair of lederhosen.

alerian rolled up laughing the moment she laid eyes on Harry. Cat flicked her ear to shut her up. "No doubt about it then, most likely this is little red riding hood. Which means..."
A loud howl tore through the air, chilling them to the bone. A pair of glowing eyes lit up the dark ahead of them. Cat could just about make out the shape of a large, sinewy creature stalking towards them.
"Don't move a muscle." Whispered Cat. They all gently took a few steps back. SNAP! Harry stood on a twig. The beasts eyes looked onto him.
"RUN!!!"
They all charged off into the woods, the creature growling and howling behind them. "This seems to be coming the new norm for us!" Lindsay joked between breaths. Cat smiled weakly at her. Then her heart skipped a beat. Harry and Valerian weren't behind them anymore. "Where are the others? Lindsay? Lindsay?" But she wasn't there either. Cat was completely alone, lost in the woods.
