Valerian was crying again, heavy, wracking sobs. "It's all my fault, it's all my fault, it's all my fault..."
Moira patted her back, attempting to comfort her. "No it isn't, it's not your fault."
"Yes it is!" Sobbed Valerian. "I poisoned Cat and I didn't tell you about Harry and rescuing me took up some of your time and I've been no real help to the group..."
"Oh for gods sake, shut up!"
Yelled Lindsay.
Everyone stared at Lindsay in shock. Valerian even stopped crying.
"Crying does us no good. Our best option is to continue on as best as we can, and when we get out get Cat to a hospital. Harry has chosen his path, now we choose ours. Do we let a few loses beat us down so easily? Do we bend like grass in the wind, or stand firm like the mountain? Do we give up or do we keep fighting?" Lindsay spoke passionately and strongly.

"You sound like something from a disney movie." Came a response from the floor.

Cat sat up, looking at them with beaming eyes. "Didn't know I could be so inspiring as to warrant a disney hero-power speech. Does that make me the damsel in distress though? Cause I seriously object to that."

Moira, Lindsay and Valerian rushed to her and helped her up. Cat wobbled unsteadily on her feet, clinging to Lindsay for support.
She chuckled. "Okay, maybe I'm a little bit damsel at the moment. But I guess that makes Harry the goofy sidekick, eh, Har... Harry?"

"He abandoned us. For Talitha. Something about being in love? But she's obviously using him." Said Moira bitterly.
Cat nibbled her lip and didn't comment. She didn't really blame him for it. Those damn shadowmen could be really seductive when they wanted to be.

Just realized, I haven't got enough fairytales to give Cat one. And I want to give Cat one, one that's part of the game and not just Julian's poisoned apple cheat.
