"Katniss" I hear his voice call me, "Gale" I mock him

I hear Willow laughter coming toward me closely followed by her happy scream "mummy." She jumps onto my lap which sends another pain through me. "Hey sweetie" I kiss her on the forehead "who's this?" she asks me. I look up at Gale who has Catnip clinging to his neck "Why don't we go to the park" Haymitch offers, Willow shakes her head but I need to talk to Gale without her being around "we can go get Blue and..." Haymitch continues but Is inter upped by Willow screaming out "yes" I can't help but think she likes him, I can't wait to have a boyfriend talk with her the type that I never had with my mother. "Come on" Haymitch smiles, "Haymitch could you take her with you" Gale asks gesturing to Catnip, he nods and takes both the girls closly followed by Harry who I didn't even know was their. "Can you push me in" I ask Gale and he does. "How did you know I was here?" I continue

"It was on the tv and also Peeta called, he said you would need someone" my heart drops at his name. Silent fills the room for a few seconds before Gale talks "She's beautiful"

"Who?"

"Your daughter, Willow I think that her name"

"Yeah Willow" I reply.

"So the tv said that your were pregnant again, did.. did it survive?" He mutters out

"Yeah they had to do surgery, I mean Willow was early like weeks but him months" I say trying to hold back my tears. "Katniss you don't have to hold back your tears, I know you to well, crying isn't a sign of weakness, since birth it's been a sign that you're alive" I tells me whipping the tear that are streaming down my face. "Crying doesn't mean weakness; it means you've been strong for too long" he continues but his words aren't the words of the Gale I knew, his rage, his angry is all gone and has been replaced by wisdom, kindness he is non recognisable I like the new Gale. "Peeta doesn't know he's even a dad" I whipper, but am comforted by Gale's arms. "Who's that guy with Haymitch?" Gale asks me after he release me "he's one of Peeta's friends I think" then the feeling come back like they always do when I say his name. "So you though of a name?" Gale bring me back from my thoughts "no not jet, I only found out in was a boy like half an hour ago" I try to laugh but can't mange it.
