I loved the rush of going on hunts, but I absolutely hated leaving Sam behind.

I know he can take care of himself; he's always been able to do that. However, he helps me sleep at night.

Much like Sam, I have demon blood in me. I know I'm a good person, and I would never hurt the people I care about, but lately I feel it trying to take over.

Sam is what keeps me grounded.

After killing my monster, a wendigo, nasty things, I began my drive back home.

I got a call from Sam.

"Hey Sam, I actually just finished up with my hunt, what's up?" I asked.

"Don't come back." He sounded sad.

"What? Sam, why not?" I asked.

"I... I don't want you to."

"Sam this is ridiculous! Tell me why I can't come back."

He sounded like he was about to cry.

"I don't love you anymore, y/n."

He hung up the phone abruptly.

I felt like I got shot in the chest.

I stopped the car, and called Dean. No answer.

I tried Jack, but of course he didn't answer either.

Somethings wrong.

Sam wouldn't tell me over the phone, he's too nice.

I started my car back up, still crying, and drove as fast as I could.

My knuckles turned white against the leather of my steering wheel.

I arrived home in thirty minutes flat, a drive that should've taken an hour.

I walked into the bunker quietly, in case someone else was there.

I pulled out my gun and held it out in front of me, ready to shoot.

I turned a corner and saw jack and dean tied to chairs, knocked out. I untied them but they were still knocked out, so I kept moving.

I got to the library and saw Sam, awake, and tied up.

"Sam!" I smiled and ran over to him.

His eyes widened and I pulled the cloth out of his mouth.

"You have to leave right now! You weren't supposed to come, you should've left!" He whispered.

"I knew something was wrong- you wouldn't tell me that over the phone."

"I love you, which is why you have to go before-"

"Well well Well . Look who finally showed up." I recognized that voice.

"Lucifer... I should've known. What the hell do you want?" I yelled at him.

"You know exactly what I want."

"You're not getting it! I will never be like you!" I screamed at him.

"Oh. You will if you want them to live." He snapped his fingers and all three of the boys started choking.

"Stop!" I yelled at him.

"You know how to make me stop"

"You wouldn't kill your own son." I called his bluff.

"That boy is no son of mine." He snarled.

I looked at Sam.

"Fine!"

He stopped.

"I'm so sorry, Sammy." Tears poured down my face.

I gulped, hearing Sam pleas with me not to do it.

I closed my eyes...

Moments later my eyes flashed yellow, and I got really angry.

I turned to Sam.

"Y/n, please. Come on baby, this isn't you and you know it. You're a good person. The best."

"Shut up." I stated blandly. "You broke up with me over the phone, asshole."

"He made me! Lucifer made me!"

I turned to Lucifer.

"He's human. He's weak. He will never love you like I will, join me, and we can rule hell together." He stretched out his hand.

I turned to Sam, he looked kind of scared.

"Y/n, we were gonna start a family. Have kids, get married. I know you still want that. Please."

I closed my eyes. This is where being a witch comes in handy.

I did a spell in my head, linking Lucifer to me.

He dropped to the floor.

"What's happening? What'd you do!?" He yelled at me in pain.

"I'm a good person. I will NEVER be with you. In fact, you'll never see my face again."

"What-"

"I linked my life to yours. As long as I'm alive, you'll be asleep. And since I'm a witch, I promise you I can love as long as I want to."

His eyes closed.

I untied Sam and we hugged.

"I love you, I love you so much."
