"Y/n! Glad you could join the party." David laughs and points his camera at me as I enter the living room.

"What is it Dobrik? I have to be somewhere."

"Is that why you're all dolled up?" Jason asks.

"Yes. I have an audition." I smiled.

"For like a movie?"

I nodded my head. "Is it a scary movie and are you going to be the hot popular girl that dies first." Todd asked.

"No, and no. I can't tell you what it's about. At least until I get the part." I said cockily.

"Want me to drive you?" David inquired.

I glanced over at the guys. "Uh, no, don't take offense to this but I don't want anything going wrong. And you guys are kind of crazy..."

"Okay, well good luck." David hugged me and I drove to my audition.

I saw a few other girls there.

"Stacy Whittaker?" One of the people called out and a brunette girl walked into the room.

I took a deep breath in and out. I started to go over my lines when I got a FaceTime from David.

"Hey, are you done yet? How'd it go?"

"I haven't been called yet David," I smiled. "I'll text you when I'm done okay."

"Okay. Good luck."

"Thanks." I hung up the phone and a few minutes later my name got called.

I took a deep breath in and stood up, walking to the room.

I sat down in the chair and the casting agents started asking me questions like my name and age. I did my audition and the started back with the questions.

"You've appeared in David Dobrik's vlog, right?" The female asked.

"Yes ma'am." I internally rolled my eyes.

"How is it?"

"Uh, it's fun I guess. It can get dangerous sometimes, but David is a good guy."

"How dangerous?" The older guy grabbed a pen.

"The guys get shot with paintball guns. The occasional blowing stuff up." I shrugged. "What does that have to do with the part?"

"We can't have our actresses getting injured so you'll have to leave the vlog squad. Fortunately for you, this movie is willing to pay you $3 million."

"So I got the part?" I smiled.

"Only if you leave the vlogs."

My smile fell. "Seriously?"

"Yes, seriously. Our actresses can't get injured in any way Miss L/n."

I stuttered. "C-can I call David for a moment?"

They nodded and went into another room.

"Y/n! How'd it go?" David asked with a large smile.

"I didn't get the part."

"What? Seriously?"

"Yeah. Better luck next time I guess." I gave him a small smile through the phone and hung up. The people came back in and sat down.

"I can't take the part." I told them.

"You're turning down $3 million? How much does David pay you for the vlogs?"

"He doesn't."

"This could jumpstart a long and wonderful career." The female stated.

I sighed. "David's vlogs might be dangerous, but he's always been there for me and there's no way that I'm ditching him. You don't ditch the people you care about just so you can get ahead." I stood up and headed towards the door, but it opened before I reached it.
