I spent my entire morning deep cleaning our showcase. We have so many show pieces now that the shelves look more like an antique store.
Mom and dad were also busy cleaning and purging things from my room's ceiling shelves. Alex on the other hand went to study in our adjacent house, upon my suggestion.
We had a good Indian/Mughlai lunch, something that we haven't had in a long time! I mean, yes, we've had Biryanis but we haven't ordered particular gravies in a while. The quantity looked disappointing but it was filling and tasty!
Post lunch I was back to my work-phone-work routine for the rest of day.
Dad had some alcohol in the evening and mom just wouldn't let me have a single glass. She asks me when did I have a craze.
I called CA 1 today and that boy was so glad that I did. I was too. I missed his positive extroverted energy.
Tomorrow is officially a work from home day but you don't need to specially tell that to me, do you?
