We had my first (online) meeting with our new Manager.
It was just an introduction to the team and a call to catch her up to who was handling what and how was the current team performing. When it came to Sector P and Sector V, Tristan kept saying that I've been looking at things from end to end and I've been able to continue the processes. That's the closest thing to a compliment that I've got from him and I'm going to take it lol.
My first impression of my new Manager is that she seems quite sophisticated. She has a good command over language and can follow things very quickly. She's definitely different than Henry but only time will tell us if it's for the better or worse.
