I continued reading up on GST today.
I need to do better. I have to overcome this problem. I feel much better now than I did on Thursday and Friday but now I need to continue that feeling when I go back to office tomorrow.
I spoke to Emily after so long! I think I've been doing a good job at keeping in touch with old friends. I've recently spoken to Emily, Marissa, Mia, Nova (over text), Paloma, Nigel (over text) and it feels nice. I just need to get in touch with Paul and Sasha now.
