/ First Person Protagonist POV /
I gulped. Only to think about this place and all the torture and torment that had happened behind these guarded doors sent an unpleasant shiver down my spine. There was something so displeasing about the place, as if all the pain and suffering of every one that had been submitted to the methods of interrogation on this ship had been left behind, and the feeling of misery that came with it still trailed in the air.
I remembered how I had confronted Kylo about Poe when he was held hostage here, and how Finn and Chewie had infiltrated the ship, and taken me with them for the last time, before I escaped with the X wing towards The Supremacy. Hell, to think that is almost six months ago...I thought to myself in disbelief. So many things had happened in the past year, and yet, it had all gone so fast, too fast that it made me feel a sickening feeling in my stomach.
The two storm troopers stepped to the side of each door as they opened automatically, swooshing into the wall. Captain Phasma hurried inside, and I followed close behind, I was a little worried the doors might've closed in front of me, as they had done a couple times when I trained with Captain Phasma, and it had earned me a week of extra arduous training.
The interrogation cabin was nothing like I had expected, but I hadn't awaited to see a filthy and dust covered room with two chairs, a table, and a dimly lit room either. The place was clean, way cleaner than some corridors of The Finalizer, hell, it was spotless. Must be cleaned often... I thought to myself as I wondered why the room would have to be uncluttered and dusted frequently, even if my mind had a bright idea of the reason.
Captain Phasma walked past the large hallway that had various doors at the sides, interrogation rooms without a doubt. There was a larger door at the end of the hallway, it reminded me of the distinct door in the private living quarters I had been compelled to try and open, when Kylo had arrived behind me.
" Don't stay behind." Captain Phasma ordered coldly as I hurried behind her, realizing I had lagged behind, concentrated in remembering the memories I had made in The Finalizer.
" Are we going to wards that door?" I asked, pointing at the one at the far edge of the hallway. " Be quiet, y/n." Captain Phasma replied emotionlessly. " I told you that you had no right to speak or ask questions, I recommend you follow those orders." She added threateningly as she pushed her side cape behind her.
I exhaled annoyingly and rolled my eyes, I had had enough of being treated like this. " Don't talk to me like that." I told her boldly, trying not to let the regret and fright get to me. Captain Phasma stopped walking suddenly, and I almost ran into her, but also came to an halt just in time. " What did you just say?" I heard Captain Phasma mutter as she turned around slowly. Don't be scared, y/n. I told myself as I dug my nails into the palms of my hand. " I said, don't talk to me like that, Captain." I repeated, more courageous than before. " I'm not an object, and no matter what I did, I deserve to be trea-" I started saying, when I was interrupted by the sudden pain on my cheek, something cold and metallic had slammed itself against my skin.
I didn't even yell, the pain made my voice sore, all I could do was stumble back in pain and hold my cheek with my hands, forcing myself not to cry and stand ground. I looked at Captain Phasma, she was holding her weapon loosely in her hands, and the tip of it had a little bit of blood on it. Not the best idea to try and stand up for myself. How ironic... I tried joking to myself as I walked back to where I had stood seconds ago and held my head low.
" No one cares about how you feel or how you want to be respected, here, y/n." Captain Phasma spat, but it the words didn't seem out of hate, rather out of warning. " Keep your mouth shut, because right now, you are nothing more than a traitor to the Final Order. Head Commander Kylo Ren will be the one to decide where you stand." Captain Phasma turned in place and continued walking towards the door I had pointed out.
Odd. I told myself as I wiped off the little amount of blood on my cheek and walked behind the captain, leaving a bit more distance this time. I was scared she would've blasted my head off the second I confronted her, I mentally added as Captain Phasma entered a code on the door and it slowly opened.
" Don't try anything." Captain Phasma threatened as she turned around and walked away. I remained in front of the open doors until I couldn't hear her footsteps echoing through the empty interrogation cabins. Don't stress it, y/n. It's Kylo. I told myself as I took deep breaths and stepped inside the room.
When I saw Kylo's tall figure, even with his mask on, I couldn't help to contemplate him, even though I had seen him not too long ago. My first instinct was to run towards Kylo and hug him, but as I started to jog, a strange pull stopped me from doing so.
I looked around, and finally looked at Kylo, who had his hand secretly extended towards me. He's using the force... to stop me from moving... again. I muttered to myself mentally. Seconds later, I could feel the pull had stopped, but I didn't procede to run to him, instead, I remained in my place, unsure why he had done that, but he must have his reasons.
" What are y-" I started mumbling, when one of his thoughts popped into my mind. ' Don't say anything about that. I'm sorry I stopped you.' He transmitted to me. I nodded slightly and headed over to take a seat on a metal chair fixated onto the ground, in front of a large table, opposite to Kylo.
I closed my eyes and concentrated on the energy revolving around us, finding a communication breach I could use to use the ' mind thing'. I opened my eyes and took deep breaths, staring right to wards Kylo's mask. ' No, I'm sorry. It was inappropriate from me to not restrain myself. I wasn't thinking.' I told him mentally, hoping he would hear the thought.
' I know, it's ok.' He replied. I hid my smile of victory as I had achieved the ' mind thing' . ' Why exactly are you not speaking to me? Why use the telepathy?' I asked him, the outside silence was a little awkward to think about.
Kylo straightened his posture, ' Someone could be hearing us. There's a mole in the Final Order.'

A SPY? I wOnDeR wHo It Is. DaT sArCaSm ThOuGh-
I just wanted to let you guys know I've hit a little bit of a writer's block. I'm having difficulty following the original plan I had for this fanfiction because, while writing it, I've changed. ( Also cause I thought the fanfic was only going to be 22 chapters long. GUESS NOT). So, I apologize if my publishing schedule is a little confusing and disorganized, I'm trying to figure this out ASAP!
I hope you enjoyed the chapter! I really did. I think it was time for the protagonist to stand up to some Final Order superiors and let them know her worth, even if it costed her a little bit of facial pain...
Have a wonderful day or night! I can't wait to share more chapters! ( And also surpass this writer's block phase! But I'm staying optimistic!)
